The apartments are wonderful. Very conveniently located, in a quiet part of the city. Well-designed space, two floors, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. The terrace is just a surprise. I didn't even want to go out into the city)) We ordered breakfast, it was very tasty. Thank you very much.

Cozy apartment for a couple) everything is thought out) there is everything you need: dishes, cooking tiles, tea, coffee, towels. Each room has its own terrace. We walked to the old town, the location is convenient. Parking for the car is available. You can order breakfast, but we did not take it, I do not know what they give. I recommend it!)

Great hotel! The children especially liked the unusual, bunk rooms. Lots were drawn for a room in the attic. Everything is very stylish, clean and tidy. The car was parked nearby. The location is in the very center. Our stay here from March 31 to April 1 was very memorable for us and our three children. Thanks to Sergey and Natalia!

I liked the hotel.
There is a kitchen and everything you need.
I also want to note that there is a separate attic bedroom for children! Children should appreciate such a secluded place)
You can order breakfast in the room.
In the warm period, you can have breakfast on your terrace, although not large, but in the fresh air.
I definitely recommend it.

I really liked the apartment. The location is in the center, everything is close, we were by car. Everything is new, clean, high-quality! Comfortable bed, upstairs bedroom, window with blackout. You can get a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, the windows downstairs do not close in any way, so if someone sleeps there, it will be very bright in the morning.
Large mirrors.
A terrace where you can sit. It also creates a beautiful view in the evening. Plants, lighting. The friendly hostess will tell you everything and help if necessary. The most pleasant impressions. A striking difference from most apartments and hotels that were viewed when choosing where to stay.

We had a vacation with my husband for the May holidays. I liked the apartment very much, cleanliness, beauty, freshness. There is everything for a comfortable stay, friendly staff, attractions within walking distance, and its own terrace in the city center is generally a beauty. I didn't like it. The cleaner can open the door with a key when you are inside, and for example you do not hear someone knocking/pulling the handle. There are also video cameras at the entrance and in the corridor (thanks for not being in the rooms), what you do, who you come in with, when you leave, and who will be captured with. Personal space - no, we don't know what it is.
Terrible audibility, you can hear people walking up the stairs in the neighboring rooms, what to say about other sounds. There is also a 100% prepayment and non-refundable. In general, I do not advise, with such a price, it is better to rent an apartment or a full-fledged hotel, where there are signs with disturb / and do not disturb, and where your personal space is treated with respect.

Great hotel. Perfect cleanliness, full compliance with photos and reality, very interesting and ergonomic interior, comfortable individual, enclosed terrace at each room with evening lighting and live thuja. Polite and vigilant hosts. Booking without problems, instant check-in/check-out. A comfortable bed, excellent pastel linen, a wonderful bathroom, there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board. The room is warm, the temperature can be adjusted. There was not enough curtain for the attic window (it is directly above the bed), but on the other hand, the stars were visible at night and they got up early because of the sun through the window and immediately traveled around the city. There is everything you need: a stove, drinking water filters, tea, coffee, sugar, dishes, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator. Lots of TV channels, excellent wi-fi. Convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the center. The car can be parked outside the hotel under video surveillance, there is no special parking, but there were no problems. I liked everything very much, you can definitely recommend it to your friends. Thank you.

The room is very comfortable and warm.
On the ground floor there are underfloor heating, a sofa (which can be used as a sleeping place), a table, dishes, even an electric stove, refrigerator, extractor hood.
On the second floor there is a double bed, shower and toilet. The towels are great.
There is another sleeping place in the attic (for children).
From the kitchen on the ground floor there is an exit to an enclosed space where there is a table and chairs.
Breakfast is 500 rubles.

Conditioner. Own Parking at the entrance under video surveillance. Everything is within walking distance and quiet.
The private terrace adjacent to the living room doubles the space and makes it extremely interesting. You forget that you are in the city. An amazing secret (third) room with an attic window, they say, is for teenagers, but it will also impress an adult.
