Everything is fine, I always find what I need. But there is one drawback, the pharmacy closes early, in my opinion, closing at 23 is early, I would like to at 24.

I bought an inexpensive ointment, and when I arrived home, I found that there was no ointment inside. I did not pay attention to the small weight, since the package itself is small. At the same time, the box was closed and could not fall out in any way. When I called to make a joke and warn that the ointment was not there and it could be in other boxes, I was rudely told that this could not be and after a certain verbal altercation, the specialist hung up. I will clarify that it did not hit financially, but in a painful state, it is not very pleasant to go outside for the required medication once again.
Conclusion: check what you are given and in what quantities, even if you had confidence in the pharmacy.
UPD: after one or two minutes, they called back and offered to return and pick up the medicine. The question then is why it was aggressive to talk to the customer earlier and spoil everyone's mood.
