The worst place to get money from the Russian Federation was waiting in line for more than an hour, while my turn for the coupon did not come to the bank by this time it was already closing. Out of 5 employees, only 1 is working. It's just awful.

A very terrible bank, Russian money is exchanged for drams at a low rate!!! And when the dollar falls, the dram exchange rate is not raised for Russian money!!!
