A very good cafe! We celebrated the anniversary there. We liked everything.Despite some bad reviews.The food is good, the service is excellent, I especially liked the girl with the violin.She came up to us and found out that we were celebrating and congratulated us beautifully into the microphone, played near our table.It was just SUPER!!!!!! The air conditioner is working, the DJ did a good job of playing music for the audience.A big plus is that you can bring alcohol and fruits with you.The waitresses did a great job quickly and efficiently, and when discussing, they advised which dishes to take better.We really liked it, the prices are reasonable.I will advise my friends.Moreover, it works until 2 a.m. go for a walk, you idiot.

On 16.12, Mom's anniversary was celebrated. This is not our first time in this institution. The cafe has been renovated, everything is very neat, clean and cozy. It is very good that there is security, an unwanted "guest" will not pass by), all the staff is very polite, goes to meet very "cheerful" guests. No request is ignored. It is also great and pleasant that birthday parties, anniversaries and other important guests from the institution have prepared pleasant gifts in the form of a beautiful and sweet violinist with live music on the theme of this event. It was also fascinating to look at the graceful movements and vivid image of an oriental dancer. The menu is tailored to the company and tastes of the guests. All the dishes are fresh, hot and delicious. Dear employees of Arbat Cafe, Happy New Year 2024!This is the year of the dragon, even if events are always held in your cafe all year round and, in general, with a spark. Please your guests. I visited the Arbat cafe, I want to share my impressions.A cozy place, good staff, all the dishes are delicious. That's just the disc jockey, I don't know what he was sitting for? I supplement the review, the institution has separate rooms from the main hall, if you want privacy, pay attention.

Thank you very much for a wonderful evening at the cafe. The food is delicious, the staff is polite, the atmosphere is cozy. The live music is very impressive, the beautiful dancers were an unexpected gift for the birthday boys and guests. Cheerful incendiary music was played for dancing, which does not leave either young people or older people indifferent. I recommend it for organizing collective holidays, as well as for a small company to have a good time.

I visited this cafe during the New Year holidays. We came in without an appointment (call) after a long journey. It was already evening, but we were hospitably welcomed, accommodated, and fed a delicious full-fledged lunch. I especially liked the second one: stewed meat with turds. The prices are adequate, the staff is polite and responsive. The hall and the toilet are clean. I recommend it to everyone.

I don't recommend it. I was at a wedding in Arbat, so the waiters forgot about the banquet table, worked only with the main one. The cake that had to be brought at least at 10 o'clock was brought at 2 a.m., when everyone had already dispersed. They never came up to remove the plates, but they walked in the main hall every second. Hot food was distributed immediately with everything else, when even the guests had not arrived yet. Bottom line: everything is cold, tasteless, the guests practically didn't eat anything, the wedding is ruined. For such service and such food, the price is very expensive.

We decided to order a WAKE in this institution, at the entrance we were instantly confronted with the rudeness of the staff!!!
Liquid soap in the men's room? (No, they did not hear, filling the dispenser with a dissatisfied face, although the request was standard in this case).
Standing at the table and seating people, I hear from behind the bar: put your things in the wardrobe..
- I took it quietly and went and hung it up.
(Girls, what are you doing??? What are the orders? Who did you study to work with people at such moments ?
I am silent about the fact that we did not count the people before arrival and had to order all the personal dishes for one person, to which we heard a lot of negativity., again a dissatisfied person and this moment is resolved NOT in favor of the CLIENT.
This institution is not designed at all for intelligent families, visitors and those who do not live in the city of Orsha (for those who have something to compare this kind of event with too)
In our case, there was also an internal conflict, which we ourselves peacefully resolved, to which the staff is not on the guest's side and immediately calls the police 🤔
It has become a terrible institution ...
just a nightmare and I never advise anyone to be there at the moment of mourning!!!!!
The undermined psyche of the girls working there is provided!!!
Although, 6 years ago we celebrated an Anniversary there and were delighted.
Apparently, when Arbat was just starting his work.
Now it seems that the girls there have come to hard labor and are constantly waiting to get rid of people faster. I have never encountered such rudeness in any institution in the world, concerning the day, not at all for a disco !!!
I do not advise visiting and the only thing for which you can give 1 star is normal food.

Two stars just for the interior. I called there to book a table for the reunion. They said on the phone that it was necessary to drive up to discuss the menu and make an advance payment of 50 rubles. When we went there, it turned out:
1. the deposit per person is 45 rubles.
2. 5 rubles per person for live music (it should start at 18:00, more on this below)
3. the Instagram profile does not indicate current prices, in fact everything is more expensive.
If I had gone to order the menu, I would most likely have refused this institution altogether. But everyone lives in different cities and therefore there is no such possibility.
We booked by 15:00.Upon arrival at the cafe 4. 06.22 and sitting down at the table, no one came up to us to find out when to serve hot. I went to tell the waiters myself. It was served for a very long time. We were not happy with the food, on average. Many people did not have enough salt in their dishes. The main event started at 6 p.m., when the live music was supposed to start. We were told that the violinist was changing clothes. The money was naturally paid for this. As a result, we started to get ready to go home, the time was 18:39, there was still no music. They took the complaint book, which was not issued in accordance with the regulatory documentation, and outlined everything. The money for the so-called live music was returned. I highly do not recommend this institution.
And I wish the institution itself to treat its guests with respect
