This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful and clean rooms with a cool modern design and high end appliances. Location is especially great, right by the city center. Will definitely return!

I spent a few nights at this hotel and I’m totally satisfied with everything. The location is great right in the centre. The staff were nice and helpful and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartments, excellent service! Availability of everything you need for comfortable accommodation, dishes, appliances. Very cozy, stylish. Good sound insulation. Excellent location - all interesting places are a maximum of 15 minutes on foot, right next to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and currency exchange.

Great place! We arrived in Yerevan early in the morning, we didn't book our accommodation in advance, took a taxi to the center, sat down at a 24-hour cafe with wifi and found Arch apartments in the same building. James was very attentive and friendly, she was already in touch at 7:00. She checked us into the first available room. We were lucky, we got an early check-in, and we already checked in at 11:00. We were satisfied with everything, the room has everything you need, even more. The room itself is very nice. We were out one day, walking in the snow (the weather was bad), and we took a large umbrella from the apartment. He was very useful) Special thanks to Jane, it was a pleasure to communicate with her))))

When booking, I was led only by the location. They are good, everything is nearby. Then all hell broke loose! The receptionist, with pronounced dissatisfaction on her face, accepted the payment, which I did not want to use either the Russian MIR card or the Kazakh MasterCard, so I had to go to the first floor to withdraw cash (When checking into room 701, it turned out that the TV was not configured, it only works through applications or through a broadcast via the phone. There are huge gaps between the tiles and laminate on the kitchen floor. In the shower, the stall does not fully close, and every time after taking a shower, a lake the size of Sevan is formed on the warm floor (it is apparently in order to dry these huge puddles). There used to be a hygienic shower at the toilet, but now it's not there, only the "sad" holder on the wall remains. Cleaning is done according to the scheme, wiped the floor with a DRY cloth and that's it, the stains in the bathroom from the lake are perfectly visible! No one washed the dishes during cleaning and was never going to wash them, everything was done by herself. But the most interesting thing is that when I pointed out that the coffee machine was not working, the receptionist decided to give me money to make repairs at my expense. Moreover, she corresponded in Whatsapp in a boorish manner. The fact that the microwave is not working, it shows an error and simply does not open the door and the buttons do not respond. I didn't report it, otherwise they would have pinned it on me the same way. If you want to have your vacation ruined, be sure to check into this terrible hotel)

4 families stayed with friends . Everything is very clean and comfortable.
The location of the apartments is wonderful in the city center, many attractions are within walking distance, a bank, a cafe, a restaurant with a local flavor and an adaptation of the film "The Caucasian Captive" deserves a visit))).
If we are in Yerevan, we will definitely book these apartments.

My husband and I liked everything, nice apartment. In the city center, beautiful design (lived on the 1st level), courteous staff and quite clean. There is a coffee machine, all necessary appliances. No payment was made upon check-in, and they accepted it the next day without any problems.

The apartments are made perfectly, but there is a NUANCE, there is a room with virtually no windows, 10 cm outside the window of the neighboring building, so there is no daylight at all! And it's not written about it everywhere. I had to give up after one night.

The apartment is located in the very center of the city, five minutes from Republic Square. There is a shop nearby, various cafes. The room is clean and has everything you need to stay. In the bedroom, the window was next to the wall of another building, there was no light coming from the street. But this did not prevent you from getting a good night's sleep.

I spent 4 days in this hotel. The location is right in the heart of Yerevan. Perfect cleanliness, the equipment is the most expensive and modern. Booked for a week. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. The interior is clean, pleasant staff, has its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine. The mattress is comfortable, which was important for me, we did not fall into it. It would be 10 stars, I would put 10)

We stayed for the New Year holidays in this wonderful place. The hotel is located right in the center of Yerevan, all within walking distance. Cleanliness is beyond praise. Equipment, dishes, bed - everything is decent. Friendly and very pleasant staff. I recommend it to everyone!

Everything matches the description, polite staff, clean and cozy, the rooms have everything you need. Reading the early reviews, it was confusing that the building was being renovated and it was quite noisy, at the time of our stay it was quiet and peaceful. Excellent hotel in the heart of the center, 150m to Republic Square, 50m Caucasian captive, Mint Lounge, Katsin, in general, the place is super. The hotel itself is in an apartment building, designer renovation, everything is new, high-quality,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron, in general, I really liked it, the receptionist is a very nice lady.

The apartment is located in the very center of Yerevan, very close to Republic Square (4/2 Amiryan Street). There is everything you need: coffee maker, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, iron, air conditioning, free wi-fi. Pretty new furniture and plumbing. Quietly. There are several supermarkets nearby.

If you like the noise of construction, feel free to book this hotel. The hotel is located on the 7th and 8th floors of an apartment building. Work on the 9th floor began at 8 a.m. and continued until late at night. After finishing the work at night, the trampling and rumbling still did not subside. 4 hellish nights. The owner, of course, did not warn about this.

The room on the 8th floor is excellent, clean, with good appliances and furniture
But the neighbors above are terrible, the child runs and plays ball at 2 a.m., chatting/yelling. Every day for 3 days is hell and negates all the advantages of the room. If the owners of the devices had found a common language with their neighbors, it would have been 5⭐️
