An impatient aunt locks you in here. I applied for the translation of diplomas into German. I gave the price 150(!) dollars. I agreed, because it was urgent, I gave half the money, but after 40 minutes I realized that it was better for me to send the diplomas to an internationally accredited translator in Austria. I called my aunt and she began to tell me that the process had already started, the work had begun. After negotiations, she agreed to refund the money minus 10%. Like she's already done the job, scanning 7 pages and crumpling all the documents. Don't go there.

I came up on Saturday evening, I had to translate the children's birth certificates into English. The staff kindly stayed for 20 minutes after work and made an urgent translation of all documents.

A very bad experience working with this office. I do not recommend it. Inattentive people make translations with errors. They are late with deadlines (they say one date, in fact they will be given later), they do not warn that the document is delayed. If you urgently need to get your document in your hands without their notarized translation (for actually not on time and not rendered service), the money will not be returned to you.
