The hotel is about 10 years old. It is located on the outskirts of the city next to a sports complex and a picturesque reservoir. The price /quality is quite decent. I checked in quickly, it took 5 minutes for everything for 3500 rubles a day. There is a busy highway nearby -if you open the window, it's noisy. The refrigerator in the room is tiny, there is no kettle, and the linen is very clean and without holes. The water cooler is in the hallway. I plan to stay here again next time.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Minsk, in the Chizhovka district.
Positive:
2-bed room-nice interior, new furniture,small refrigerator,TV,wardrobe,spacious shower room.All the furniture is in good condition.Cooler with hot and cold water on the floor.It is clear that sufficient funds have been invested in repairs.Public transport and shops are within walking distance, the metro can be reached by trolleybus.
Cons:
-there is no air conditioning, it was very hot in July
-mediocre cleaning, or rather its complete absence (garbage removal and towel change do not count), because there really is not enough staff.There is no maid on the floor.
Out of the unpleasant.
They asked where they could warm up the food.They replied that they were nowhere (except in a restaurant.They refused us there, although there was not a single person in the hall.
Then it turned out that on the 2nd floor there is a staff meal room, there is a microwave and a large refrigerator.The young man at the reception claimed that there was no such room.
It's not nice to lie.
Let me summarize the results.
The hotel itself is good, but I did not feel the service and hospitality.
Management should work better with staff.

We checked into the hotel after 10 p.m. with a large tourist group of 40 people. The receptionist (a sweet, pleasant girl)I settled the guests very quickly. The rooms are beyond praise (and it is stated as three stars). Perfect sound insulation!!!! There is a cooler on each floor. The locks work from the key of the card (you need to be careful when leaving the room))) I went out without a card))) The receptionist girl quickly solved my problem by providing a duplicate key. Breakfast buffet. Porridge, pancakes, cottage cheese, cheese, pastries and much more. I recommend.

We visited Minsk from 24 to 26 May 2024. The standard room is spacious, the plumbing is in order, towels were available, the breakfast was decent - that's probably all the advantages. Disadvantages - THERE is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the room! They are available only in luxury rooms. There are also no bathrobes, slippers, and a kettle. The refrigerator didn't work at all. There was always something buzzing in the room from above or from the side - it was unclear where (even the maid noticed - what is it that is buzzing so much?). The light in the hallway of the room was periodically turned on by itself, although it should only be when someone is in the hallway. Since there was no air conditioning, I had to sleep with the window ajar, and the windows overlook the intersection of two large streets, plus both evenings a company of men gathered under the windows at the bus stop, who chatted loudly, sang, drank until late at night (until 3 a.m., to be precise). It was very audible - but the window could not be closed!
In general, if you go to this hotel, take a suite if you want to sleep at night.

Nice, clean rooms, everything is working properly. The location of the hotel is very good. It is easy to get to the metro, near the MKAD, a great green spacious area, few people and cars, wide roads and pedestrian areas, a huge lake under the window, a large cozy park. We recommend it!)

Great hotel! Sound insulation class! The breakfasts are great! At the reception, the administrator will always prompt and answer any questions!
The location is generally excellent geographically, there is a highway nearby, in the morning / evening I get to where I need to go without traffic jams!
And so there is a place to walk, near the Arena sports complex, as well as a picturesque reservoir.

Excellent hotel at pleasant prices

The rooms are clean and well maintained
The only drawback is that the rooms are very cool in the cold season, but there is an air conditioner that will easily fix it in a couple of hours of operation
A perfectly acceptable breakfast, but don't expect something super tasty, it's not 5 stars and not Dubai
It might be worth updating the renovation in the bathrooms, as the shower is leaking, however, this is more of an offer

A good hotel. The room is large and has everything you need. Clear. Nearby (within walking distance) is a zoo + dolphinarium. It's a long way to the center: by trolleybus 30-40 minutes, or trolleybus + metro. The bus stop is next to the hotel.

Despite the fact that the Arena Hotel is located on the outskirts of Minsk, there are nice, large, cozy rooms. Very clean and well maintained. We really liked it. Breakfast is 25 rubles, buffet, but at the same time everything is fresh and made from natural products, the assortment is large enough for breakfast. Polite, courteous staff. We needed a hotel in this area, the choice is not great at all and we decided to stay at this Arena hotel. We liked the room, the large panoramic windows overlooked the lake, everything we needed was in the room. We had buffet breakfasts included, we liked it. Quite a decent hotel, the staff is friendly, if necessary, we will stay here again.

We checked in 2 times with my boyfriend at this hotel. First of all, low-trained staff who do not know many of the points and nuances that you ask about when checking in. Next, let's go through the cost, initially the room cost for a day + late check-out for two 130 rubles, after a while when only a day (semi-incomplete), 180 rubles were given, the question is how? Next, the numbers themselves are the crown. The rooms are DIRTY, for such a price they cannot even elementary remove dust from bedside tables, tables, torn wallpaper, dirty ceiling, old design and not a pleasant smell, the extractor hood did not work, all the water pours out of the shower cabin onto the floor, then everything is completely wet in puddles, mold with an unpleasant smell is also found in it, there is one shampoo set, the hair dryer is broken, one towel (there were two of us), the shower did not hold on the holder, there were stains on the carpets, the TV is ancient where there are only 7 channels, a huge layer of dust on the vyatyazhka… In general, this hotel clearly does not pull for 3 stars, we were with the same rating in another, everything was just great and cheaper there, it's very sad that the administration cannot take care of BASIC cleanliness in the room, from there I wanted to check out faster. There were also no sockets next to the bed. The room for those who were interested was 409, then they moved into another one, it was better but not much, the only thing that pleased them was a good location, a beautiful view and delicious food from their restaurant.

Not a bad hotel... but it was surprising when the rooms were not ready at the time of arrival, many of the group did not have enough towels and hygiene products in the rooms. So even after the eviction, the administrators ran after us and asked how many towels we had in our rooms. It's funny. Don't worry, dear administrators, we are not interested in towels at all.

cozy. The breakfast is delicious. Kashki is space. And the pancakes from the chef are nothing to compare with. It's just "meshed." I took 2 servings with sour cream. And there are also pancakes with pork gravy. They came to my son quickly :)))

I will be delicate and democratic, as a guest of the city;)
LOCATION: near the Moscow Ring Road;
RECEPTION: the receptionist is polite;
ROOM: cost 95 BYN., breakfast is not included;
BED: two single beds shifted into one large one, the mattress is not new, but has no dips, the pillows are small - very comfortable;
TOILET: the repair is fresh, all accessories are available, including a hairdryer, perfect cleanliness;
APPLIANCES: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, curtains black out;
CONCLUSION: the disadvantages are the lack of sockets next to the bed, I recommend visiting.

Удобные просторные номера, неплохие завтраки, не очень большой ассортимент, но достаточно вкусно. Кофе не очень. Есть парковка. В номерах чисто. Из минусов: далековато от центра, если хотите погулять-такси или общественный транспорт, много повидавшие полотенца в номерах, сдержанный и где- то даже суровый персонал, хотя и молодой. Были небольшие нюансы: администратор с ресепшен не передал данные об оплате за завтрак в ресторан, предложили выяснять самим, хотя было достаточно телефонного звонка, в ресторане был телефон.

The rooms require repair, especially the bathrooms, the shower heads are broken, the sealant at the joints is covered with a black coating of mold. Room cleaning is also strange, not every time they make the bed and put shampoo on. The breakfast is not bad, but without frills. The price/quality ratio is too high.

We stayed at this hotel a year ago, everything was more or less decent. This year we decided to stay here too. It's just a nightmare. We were moved into a room that smelled terrible of sewage, we asked to solve this issue, we were moved to another room, it didn't smell, but the shower tray was leaking, we no longer had the strength to move and had to put towels on the pallet when we washed. There were constant interruptions with water in the cooler on the floors. When I asked to change an empty bottle for a whole one, they replied that there was no water at the moment. And another time they replied that there was no employee who would bring a whole bottle. There is no kettle or water in the rooms. Everything is old. This is not a 3 star hotel.

We lived in rooms 905 and 908. The rooms are large and bright with a nice view. The cleaning was delayed a little when checking in, but it did not spoil the impression of the stay. The mattresses are good, the plumbing is working, the shower is not a cubicle (I don't like it), but a room separated by a glass door. Everyone in the room is happy with everything.
We tried breakfast - 750 rubles per person - we didn't stay hungry, but for that kind of money you can eat much tastier in the city.

В целом, неплохая гостиница, соответствующая своим 3*. От центра далеко, от ближайшей станции метро 3,5км. Под гостиницей неплохая прогулочная зона на берегу пруда. Несколько небольших продуктовых магазинов в радиусе 500 метров. Размеры номера средние, кровать не ушатана, холодильник работает плохо, душ подтекает на пол, но соседей не слышали и это плюс. Завтраки для Белорусских гостиниц неплохие: "шведский стол" с кофе, блинами и глазуньей. Ребята на стойке ресепшн приятные и отзывчивые. Если сравнивать с другими пятью гостиницами в которых мы были в отпуске в Белоруссии, то она на третьем месте из 6.

Гостиница расположена рядом с Ледовой ареной (очень удобно, т. к. Ездили на любительский хоккейный турнир). Удобный заезд с МКАДа. Есть охраняемая бесплатная парковка для гостей. Отличный вай-фай на всей территории отеля. Снимали аппартаменты( номер большой, чистый, удобный. Отдельный санузел для гостей и нас, что очень понравилось).телевизор в гостинной, и в спальне ( большой плюс! ) Халаты, тапочки, полотенца, постепенные комплект - белоснежный. Убирают чисто. Персонал - вежливый, тактичный, доброжелательный, всегда рады помочь решить любые возникшие вопросы. Рядом в пешей доступности большой супермаркет, и много продуктовых магазинов. В магазинах принимают платёжную карту Мир ( очень удобно). На первом этаже расположен ресторан, пользовались завтраками ( шведский стол, всего достаточно, всё вкусно). Окна номера выходили на озеро. Тихий, зелёный район. Остались очень довольны, вернёмся ещё!!! Один минус - в номере плохо работает кондиционер.
