The establishment deserves praise due to the cozy atmosphere, delicious cuisine and high level of service. The staff is attentive and hospitable (especially the waiter Artyom), creates a pleasant atmosphere and is ready to help with any questions. I recommend visiting this place to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious food and a good rest.

A beautiful location in the city center with panoramic windows, it is warm here in winter, the new dish Shakshura with flatbread was pleasantly surprised, it was very tasty. We were with children with three and 4 adults! Well, this is just the best service in Vitebsk that I have seen in recent years. We were extremely unhappy with visiting this cafe on March 8th. The table was booked in advance, pre-ordered so that hot food would be served by our arrival. In fact, it took an hour to wait for the dishes!!!The waiter Valeria is absolutely not competent, she answered many questions simply with "I don't know", in the end there was a confusion about payment, through no fault of our own, which again forced us to wait. As a result, I had to go to the account on my own (the reservation of a table was on the summer terrace) As for the summer terrace, it was unbearably stuffy, and the employees of this cafe, as it turned out, did not know how to use the air conditioner! Fortunately, one of the male visitors still set the desired temperature, and we breathed a sigh of relief. Disgusting impressions, I don't recommend it to anyone.

On December 25, 2024, we visited this institution. The table was booked a week in advance. We made a reservation at the time of booking- pizza, 4 French fries and 4 ketchups. After arriving and sitting at a table, we waited about 10 minutes for our order to be accepted. After that, we waited about 15 minutes for the pizza to be brought to us, which was ordered at the time of booking the table, but the ordered drinks did not arrive. About 5 minutes later, French fries and ketchup arrived. And only after another 5 minutes the drinks arrived. The ketchup looked suspicious (it was kind of bubbly), and the taste was also confusing. It felt like the ketchup was fermented. Can't the cooks see what they're putting on the plate, and the waiter see what he's serving to the guests??? The ketchup was changed at my request. Another forty minutes later, the second pizza was served. Before that, I approached the waitress and asked how long we should wait for our order. She replied that the wait was an hour, which she informed us when accepting the order. Although there was no such thing. In general, we took the third pizza with us, since the desire to be in this place was gone. The evening was ruined. I hope that the management will read this review and take action. Didn't you realize that there would be a big influx of guests on December 25th and that you need to prepare for it? The guests of the establishment should not care about this. People come to you to relax and pay money for it.

We were with a company of 7 people. The waiter warned that the wait could be 30-40 minutes. As a result, the dishes were brought as they were ready - that is, someone ate, and someone is sitting hungry. After 50 minutes of waiting, two people were still hungry, the waiter, when asked when there would be dishes (two pastas!!!), replied that they needed to wait another 10-15 minutes. More than an hour of waiting for a simple pasta!!!!
This is not the first time in this institution. Disgusting work of the kitchen and staff. I do not recommend this place.
Of the advantages, we were given a 20% discount and this was only after the administrator was called and told that we were refusing dishes.
I would like to draw the attention of the management to this case.

On November 06, 2024, we decided to have dinner at this institution. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. The waiter threw us the menu, did not say hello, and then ignored and did not come to take the order. By the way, the landing was far from complete, and we waited about 15-20 minutes. Of course, we did not tolerate such strange behavior. I would like to draw the attention of the management to the incompetence of this young man and, if he is so sad and unbearable to work in the service sector, relieve him of this need.

A good cafe. The waiters are responsive. The food is fine. It's a pity that you can't bring your own cake, but only with the arena dessert (It was a little frustrating and for this reason only 4 stars). We often celebrate birthdays there with our family.
The only thing I miss is the windows in the room below.
The toilet is always clean.
A huge plus is that there is a children's area.

A good pizzeria. Friendly staff, a play area for children. We arrived on the evening of the weekend, the pizza was brought in 30 minutes, the soup literally in 10. Drinks were served immediately along with croutons. Not a big minus, the air conditioner was very cold. Thank you, it was delicious.

A pleasant, atmospheric place. The most delicious pizzas from all the Pizza Arena establishments that I have tried. Recently I decided to try tomato soup with fakkacho and did not regret it. In recent months, this place has changed significantly - maybe competitors have closed, or maybe my opinion. Inexpensive prices, good and compact menu selection, cozy atmosphere. Chef's pizzas and themed dishes are a constant innovation. Recently, they have cocoa, in a stylized metal mug, as in the kindergarten, the guys put the opening chocolate with marmalade inside. Separately, it is worth noting the waitress Angelina - always courteous and pleasant.

We went to dinner with my daughter. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. The beer is delicious. We also liked the pizzas very much - especially the dough - thin, crispy. My daughter liked the milkshake.
We had a great time. The girls from the staff are very smart - neat, clean - nothing superfluous. The menus are very well oriented.
We used to go to Domino's Pizzeria at the zoo upon arrival, but now it's closed. I liked the Arena Pizza more.

It is very cozy, clean, atmospheric, very pleasant to be in (I mean the hall in the basement of the house). The order was made very quickly, we took two Italian pans with chicken and pork, everything was delicious, satisfying, with fervor. The bathroom is as clean as at home. Pomegranate and cherry tinctures turned out to be even more cool, after tasting they took a bottle home. So we heartily recommend it)
