The hall is top, there are no crowds of people like in a more hyped network, too, with the letter A.. there are enough simulators, a bunch of instructors, spacious, fresh, there is always drinking water, there is a cocktail area right in the hall, there is a sauna, pleasant prices.
Of the small disadvantages, there are soap dishes in the showers, but soap in them is a rare guest.

In general, a normal gym, good exercise equipment, prices do not bite, there is a sauna, but the showers are trash, to be honest. But there is a feeling that they are saving on air conditioning, because I have been walking for years and it is very hot and stuffy in summer. In winter, the situation is about the same, but it is solved by means of windows that open and a draft is obtained. It's unpleasant, of course. I also noticed recently that half of the coolers in the hall mysteriously disappeared, there is not enough water. The coaches are wonderful, very pleasant and qualified people. The lockers are very inconveniently numbered, I constantly run around looking for my number in a circle. I really like the receptionist girl with red hair, she's like a ray of sunshine. She always greets with a smile, gets into a position if you need to help and prompt with something, she is very friendly. She has remarkable communication skills, which I cannot say about her colleague. There is also a receptionist with dark hair, after meeting with whom the desire to come to you is completely discouraged. It seems to me that people who do not like people should not work in the service sector, where communication with people is necessary. It's not the first time I've seen her make gym guests feel guilty or count down for something. Literally today I am observing the situation:
The man asked for another locker number, because the one she gave was very close to the door and it confused him. In response, I saw eyes that flew very rapidly towards heaven and a response like "Don't you know that the administrator decides which locker to provide you with". That's customer focus, class. It seems that the administrator's hand will fall off to give another number. I worked as a hostess myself and I understand what it's about. The same situation applies if you forget the card. The human factor, it happens to everyone. But, to be honest, I'm not ready to be counted out by the administrator for not having a card today. We don't pay you three kopecks either. It's not that difficult to find a person in the database, it doesn't even take five minutes. It should not be that after meeting the administrator, the guest wants to leave and never come back. The gym is very old , dirty and dusty screens and handrails on the equipment. The staff is good. Some coaches are very cool and experienced , I did not specify the education , I do not know . The attitude towards customers was not felt . I remember handing over a subscription at the entrance to the hall, and took it away with a sticker advertising additional services on it . Annoying advertising without asking or knowing . The price of season tickets is pretty high , people visit mainly because the location is convenient and some are used to their coaches , plus a lot of foreign students go, they do not complain that they overpay for such a hall . The music is always disgusting, a lot of people with their headphones . I remember making a comment on the music on Instagram and putting a mark, they answered very rudely to this , how their music satisfies heavy and they only prefer this kind.ok. The locker rooms are not numbered in an understandable order and everyone walks in circles all the time . The rubber bands on the keys are greasy . The sauna is good . The showers are scary . There are unpleasant odors in the toilet , paper and soap are not always available . There has been no repair since the opening . A couple of new simulators appeared , but it does not make the weather .
The main contingent are people who live nearby and the rest of the noble part are students from the medical university .
There is plenty of parking .shops are within walking distance.

Positive: 1) the gym is large, 2) there are enough simulators for everyone, 3) the staff is pleasant, 4) fresh air, 5) the opportunity to study in groups in other directions.
Cons: 1) the most important minus is the showers, it's just a pain - they are packed to the limit, it's unpleasant to put it mildly (like in the basement hall of a school) 2) after 18:00, people are like in an anthill, it feels like 200 people are going to.

A subscriber was purchased for the promotion. Yesterday we came with a desire to buy a subscription again. They presented the card, explained which promotion they bought and told us about the possibility of a % bonus for a subsequent purchase. The administrator flatly refused, directly stating that "No discounts are given to anyone", only if we are representatives of the company or from the Bank. Well, a few hints were said that maybe there is a coach with whom the conversation was conducted during the purchase or a manager. However, we were simply refused, showing hypocrisy and indifference, without even showing a desire to hear us and somehow resolve the issue. We were initially set up to purchase a card, and took one-time visits.
Next, they gave me a key, and there was garbage in the closet. I changed the key and told the administrator about the situation. They gave the next locker, the garbage lay until the end of the training next door))
We are always happy to visit the sauna after classes, but the temperature barely reached 50C, according to the time at 19:20. Disappointment.
It turned out that the sauna was turned off in the women's locker room at 17:30, and in the men's room at 16:00 that day.
Where is it written that the sauna works until the time stated by the administrator so that we can use the steam room service you have declared?
We both had a ruined workout at the beginning and subsequently deprived of a pleasant moment to steam up, and I also felt like I was not clear who.
