I suspect that they did not even start, because upon receipt the shoes turned out to be in poor condition, for the most part the fabric part of the sneakers was not cleaned, they tried to highlight only the sole. at the bottom I will attach a photo of the sneakers in a clean condition, which could be brought to a GOOD QUALITY dry cleaning and what they gave me, pay attention to the white sole and the dark dirty cloth part of the sneakers. It was also confusing that one of the pairs inside the shoes had liners from another laura luxury laundry dry cleaner.

" Although this is his job, he shouldn't care who I brought the shoes to.
He talked very rudely, and eventually redid the job, but it still wasn't perfect.
In general, the service is rude, they work poorly, they are rude to customers.
I don't recommend organizing.

Terrible service! I do not advise you to apply! We arrived across the city, they told us to bring a bag, and they brought it, but there was no one there. When we got through on the phone, we were informed that there was no guarantee for repairs, and then they refused to work with us at all and said "leave, we won't take it." The office took the money for electroplating, which absolutely did not fit in color and peeled off in one exit. And the erased logo of an expensive bag cannot be restored. As a result, a disgusting spoiled mood, mutilated bags, wasted time and money. The end result is terrifying.... I asked for a refund for their service, but they refused. Of course, there is no question of a spoiled bag. By the way, they take an advance payment, apparently knowing that the end result will be disgusting… And yet, when we handed over our things to them, we said that we were flying away, knowing that they often delay, and when we sent them photos of the erased electroplating, they said that they could not see from the photo that it was erased, but the erased inner logo of the bag, of course, we saw when we took it, but there was one hundred percent in advance prepayment. They said they would fix it - that they would write the logo themselves.... The masters absolutely do not admit their mistake… Do not give your expensive things to these incompetents and scammers. The price for the service according to their price list: 600,000 soums - they did not fulfill half of what they promised, they ruined the product. They were delayed by 2 times in terms of time! (I waited for the bag for 8 days). If your products are dear to you, then never give them there!!!
