A good cinema, but why are small (~4 years old) children allowed to watch 18+ movies. I really thought that at least I would watch the recently released Deadpool without children's screams, but no. The whole session, 2 children walked-wandered between the rows, had to lift their legs every time. Also in the middle of the movie, apparently some child got tired of watching blood on the screen and cutting off human limbs, and he decided to listen to his favorite babe shark at full volume. Fortunately, I was sitting far away from him, but there are already questions for other visitors, is it really only bothering me? Also, questions to parents who drag children to such films, do you even care what your child sees and hears? Did you see a movie about a superhero and immediately dragged the child with you? By the way, the film is good, but the people spoiled the impression.

Terrible service!
The cashier sold 2 tickets, where one of them is- there is literally no place (no seating) Guys, you have the allotted time to put the hall in order! In response to my comments, the cashier told me to deal with the administrator. Ok. I waited for the admin for 20 minutes, and lost a total of 30-35 minutes of the cartoon.
While they put the seat in the way of the whole row, we won't come to you anymore, since there are good cinemas in the city.
The manager needs to review the service of his employees.

The phone number that is listed on Instagram for booking tickets is not responding, or the whole time is busy. I haven't been able to get through in three hours. I contacted the administration and only then was able to find out when it would be possible to buy tickets on the website.
Today, on January 6, we came to the Cheburashka film. I stood in line for popcorn and water for more than 20 minutes, although two of the three cash desks were open. The cashier is not that slow, he just does not remember the order. Accordingly, he asks again and spends his and clients' time. The wardrobe is open from 14.00. Our session started at 13.20. Naturally, we could not undress, we had to sit with our things, which is very uncomfortable and prevents us from enjoying watching. The administrator answered questions about the wardrobe and said that it does not belong to the cinema, but to the shopping center. However, this is not the solution to the problem. It is probably necessary to somehow negotiate among themselves so as not to lose customers. In general, you can watch the movie, after the session they immediately clean up, but the lack of a wardrobe and a queue leave negative consequences in memory.

There are still broken chairs in the halls, and I still remember the theme of terrible, very tired, untidy covers with horror. Excellent location, but the prices are more expensive than in the same zodiac, and the quality of service is lame. The chairs are so uncomfortable that they will not allow you to enjoy a long session.
The VIP row with recliners creaks so that the whole hall literally laughs. They didn't see any service, although they had a good idea.
Service: a wandering young herd of supervisors swears at the entire corridor, as if they are basically not at work and behave disgustingly.
Positive reviews about Arman remained at the dawn of the opening of the shopping center, no more.
