Hotel for 3+
New, clean. The food is very tasty and varied. The sea is good, warm, clean. The entrance is flat, sandy. Mostly Germans are resting, it seemed to me that the staff does not really know English, mostly German.
Of the cons: Wi-Fi is bad, it constantly falls off, but it's okay to write in messengers. On our floor, the room periodically smelled of sewage. Hygiene supplies (shower gel, soap) were updated only after a complaint to the reception, although they should be every day. They didn't want to complain, but when it was all over, and they still hadn't been replenished, they had to (despite the fact that they tipped 2 times). And the cherry on the cake: Alibaba beach boy occupies all the good sun beds in the shade from the very morning with his towels and then sells them to the Germans for money (allegedly tips). At first we didn't say anything, but when it got to the point that 40% of the sunbeds on the beach were occupied by abandoned towels, and people didn't occupy them all day, we had to write an angry letter to the management. Ie, in fact, there are a lot of sunbeds, but they are all "busy", but in fact they are empty, and waiting When someone comes, they will give Alibaba money, and he will open them.
Total: the hotel is good, if not for the smell of sewage, food for 5+, the animation team is doing well, they try every day. Service for 2-. A hotel that is supposedly 5 stars cannot sell sunbeds on the beach for an additional fee.The fee, it's just a shame. The hotel at current prices costs 200+ for 10 days. This money is not worth it at all. I will try to publish this review on many sites, I want to warn people so that they do not regret spending a lot of money later

I am currently vacationing with my family in this hotel, room 1513. The hotel is small, here you will not find the barbaric splendor of the Turkish "palaces". Modern laconic design, lots of wood, light upholstery. Everything is new, clean without stains, bed linen, towels. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily, bed linen is changed every 4 days. Yes, indeed, soap and shampoo are not replenished by default, but if you ask the maid, she will give you without problems. I don't know who really needs hotel shampoos, they are very specific, not suitable for all hair. We usually take our own in special containers for travel. I won't write much about the restaurant, everything is correct in previous reviews: the food is varied, there is a lot of it, the quality is excellent. There is no special children's and diet table, but vacationing children do not seem to starve, there are always quite calm dishes (not fried, not peppered, not salted). August 30th was a public holiday in Turkey, and a wonderful dinner was held at the hotel on this occasion. It was just a gastronomic abundance, all in the best traditions of hospitable hosts for dear guests. The hotel's beach is a 10-15-minute walk away, it's hard to walk in the heat, especially from the beach. Basik goes to the beach, do not look at the schedule, he does not adhere to it, according to my feelings he goes more often than once every half hour. We go out, as it is convenient for us, wait a little and he appears. Alibaba has improved on the beach (see Victoria's review), the sun beds are now free, on the contrary, he makes sure that they are not occupied with towels for the whole day. By the way, this is also stated in the information about the hotel, which will be given to you in printed form upon arrival. One more thing I want to add: we have vacationed in Turkey many times, but this is the first time I have come across such a quiet hotel! Animation is present in moderation, music does not rattle all night, drunken companies do not scream. We took a long time to choose, because we needed a quiet beach holiday, and we are very glad that we did not make a mistake with the hotel! Will we return to this hotel again? If there is such an opportunity, we will definitely come back.

We were in early June 2023. The hotel is new, the rooms are in good condition, they are clean, cleaned every day, the refrigerator with water is updated, everything works, cozy. The territory is not large, a swimming pool, two slides, a SPA, a hammam, a small gym. The food is delicious, varied and there is a lot of it. The restaurant is big, you can always find places. The ice cream is delicious in the cafeteria. Activities include an evening show, sometimes a disco on the beach, and volleyball. There is a tennis table, but it has already dried up in the sun. The darts are not in the best condition either. There is nothing for children and there are few children. There are many German pensioners who, by the way, speak Russian well among themselves. Apparently, those who moved after the collapse of the Soviet Union are ours. The beach is 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by hotel shuttle with a very friendly driver. There are a lot of sun beds, new sun beds, they feed and water on the beach. There is also a dog on the beach - a hefty Rottweiler. He guards it at night, and during the day he moonlights as an animator. He plays with vacationers. He brings a bottle of water and politely and not obtrusively asks to throw it into the sea. I've never heard him bark or molest anyone. A very well-mannered and funny dog. The only disadvantage of the beach is that there are smokers all around. Well, if we talk about the cons, then there is practically no sound insulation in the rooms, a transformer is noisy at the left wing of the hotel, and at the right cafe with evening shows and a small chicken coop with a rooster at five in the morning. The show, by the way, ends at 23, so it's tolerable.
The hotel is somewhat isolated, there is no feeling that you live in the market. At the same time, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to Migros and ATMs. It is 2 minutes to Dolmusha for those traveling to Side and Manovgat.
Overall, we liked it.

Three weeks from the end of September. The weather is +33 , the sea is warm. The hotel is great! As already written here, a small, concise, modern setting. Everything is very comfortable, cozy and beautiful. Wi-FI "flies" even a hundred meters from the hotel. It works perfectly in any corner of the hotel and the beach. The safe is free. The staff is friendly. The hotel is designed for a European visitor, so the staff does not speak Russian, even at the reception. Translater and rich gestures will help you)) 98% of the guests are German-speaking, respectively, Russian units. A cheerful morning song "Guten morgen, Guten morgen, gutentak ..." will settle in your head for a long time)) Due to the European context of the hotel, tips are widely used. Everywhere: to bartenders, in a restaurant, on the beach, to cleaners, to the driver of the shuttle. This is only welcome. It's up to you to give or not to tip, but a couple of Eureka (dachshund) and they will be crucified in front of you. The hotel is on the second line, but near the beach, no more than a 10-minute walk along a good sidewalk. The shuttle runs back and forth every half hour, more often during rush hour. I am currently staying at this hotel. Very good price-quality ratio. The staff is very friendly. They gave us a great room, asking in advance which floor and which side we want to live on. The food is great, but the most delicious thing is lunch on the beach! Sea bass or dorada on coals always! Lots of fruits.The rooms are modern, they clean perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel!

I really liked the hotel! It's very clean around, the waiters are constantly washing and cleaning! They remember their drink preferences on the second day! 80% of the hotel is occupied by Germans! Everyone is very friendly! There is a huge abundance for breakfast, especially I like an individual omelet! Everything on the beach is very clean and delicious, a variety! Ice cream and waffles by the pool in the afternoon! Shuttle bus to the beach regularly with a cute cheerful driver who will also always wait if necessary! The rooms are very clean and everything is new and modern! At the reception, all questions about the number, for example, the kondey did not work, were resolved quickly! The rooms are cleaned very clean and constantly replenished with water, coffee, tea bar! Animation for children plus sometimes shows, but not every day! Quiet and peaceful, to the beach if you walk exactly 7 minutes through the Glamour hotel! Nearby there is a large supermarket Migros, ATMs and hookah bars, shops!And most importantly, Turkish coffee in the lobby and a huge coffee machine with beans with round-the-clock access and the most delicious coffee! We had a rest in the middle of July 2023.
I liked everything, a nice, new hotel
I've seen reviews somewhere that roosters are crowing or discos are interfering, I haven't heard anything like that at all. And this is despite the fact that the snack bar, where music is playing, was located under our windows (we lived on the 5th floor).
They are fed very often. Once I saw a girl in a medical gown who went and collected food in jars, apparently for analysis, confidence in food increased x10. The food is very varied, not everything was delicious for me, as I was used to certain foods. The coolest thing is desserts, just works of art! The only drawback is that we expected more marinated products.
The staff is polite, the bartenders pour well, the maid cleaned often, but there was no rule that 5* is 5 towels per guest😂 We only had 2 towels for the body, 2 for hands/face, 1 for legs and additionally you need to take beach towels in the morning on the 1st floor, nevertheless, you you can always ask the maid for everything you need.
It's a long way to the sea, 3 minutes by shuttle, but it's unclear how he drives, especially back to the hotel, you don't know how long you'll have to wait for him. We walked, in principle, it's not difficult, but it takes 10-12 minutes to walk. The beach is very clean, there have always been sun beds, the water is clear and very salty, and also unrealistically warm, even hot in extreme heat, and there are fish swimming there.
The CEO regularly communicates with the guests, listens to their wishes, this is also very captivating, it is clear that it is important for them that the guests are satisfied.
So we liked the rest, the hotel did not disappoint.
P.S. The shop tour from the operator (anex) disappointed, they offer everyone to go for free, see the shops, but as a result it is difficult to just look there, because the sellers are very tired. The prices are very high in these stores, of course, we didn't take anything. There are many shops near the hotel where you can buy the same things for 2 times cheaper. In short, don't get fooled.

Great hotel!There were practically no Russian tourists vacationing at the end of September 2021.Russian Russians were completely focused on Germans, but before that, friends were resting, they say when there were more Russians, the program was in Russian and the music was Russian (we have one in 10 days!!!Russian song, all day long onlytoich).The rooms are great!The food is excellent, the service is at the highest level, especially in the restaurant (in the lobby bar things are a little worse, the cheeky bartender is too much).We walked to the sea only on foot and back and forth for 7-10 minutes (there is a shuttle!)The beach is gorgeous!A wonderful beach fight!We flew at the end of the season, we realized that there would be no animation, so we were not particularly upset (although for the Germans every evening program was ...)The DJ made the most unpleasant impression.
There are no complaints about the hotel itself.The hotel is very decent!

I am currently in a hotel with a maximum of 3 stars, as previously written, there is no territory at all, the hotel building is surrounded by an unheated swimming pool in which no one swims, there is a wasteland, garbage all around, the windows of our room overlook a private villa where roosters/chickens live and my morning starts at about 5.00 with theirKa-river! There is no sound insulation in the hotel at all, you can hear everything that the neighbors in the rooms are doing, noisy, unrestrained Germans are yelling, screaming half the night, in short, do not expect sleep and tranquility here. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable beds, but there are no blankets, there is some kind of vanilla towel on the bed, which is not pleasant to hide, they asked for normal blankets three times at the reception, there is no reaction, they realized that there are no blankets either, the temperature is 15 degrees at night.
The food is tolerable, varied, you will not stay hungry, but there are no surpluses according to the ultra system, there is no alcohol, all local, cocktails are disgusting. There were always places in the restaurant, there was enough food for everyone, even in the last minutes before closing.
The staff tries hard, does not divide Russians into Germans, they will always ask what is needed and bring what you ask.
There is nothing to do in the evening, there is practically no animation in the hotel, the village of Chalakli itself is nothing but a village, there is nothing in it except a Turkish bazaar with moschino and dolce for 10 euros)))
The sea and the beach are a separate topic, 10-12 minutes walk to the sea or by hotel car 2-4 minutes, the Side region itself is a wide coastal, gentle approach, sand, it's all there, but on both sides there are abandoned beaches, again wasteland and mud, and the sand on the beach is damp, as if it was raining heavily yesterday rain, perhaps the fault is the stinky river that flows nearby.
Side by taxi $ 20, drive 15-20 minutes, there is where to go and what to see, but far away, you will not hit every day.
A hotel for a non-pretentious holiday, I definitely will not go here anymore.

The hotel is new, the food is not even two months old.The hotel is under construction, the lower floor is being completed, but this is not noticeable, and does not interfere with rest.
I specially chose a new hotel , as it is usually always good service , food , and generally a pleasant atmosphere .
But alas, everything is modest in this regard.
1. The reception is the face of the hotel, but I had the feeling that they were not happy with us at all.
Check-in with a scandal. A very rude woman at the reception is Rona.
2. The food is normal, normal.There is nothing super tasty. A small selection of cheeses, no whole oranges, only sliced ones, no grapefruits for breakfast. Fruits: apples, pears, plums, Grapes, bananas, once there were figs.A good selection of desserts.
Who needs good alcohol, there is no alcohol here either, there is no champagne, there is no martini.
All alcohol is locally produced and apparently the cheapest.
The restaurant is very clean, well done, there is a test, the tablecloths are clean , everything is quickly cleaned
But, the dishes have been dirty in recent days.
The beach is nice, sandy. The sun beds are new, the beach bar is clean, you can have a snack from 12.00 to 16.00 every day the same thing. The toilet is clean, but there are no mirrors
Animation - there is practically no animation.
There is nothing for children.
There is a transfer to the beach, according to the schedule, but sometimes the driver has his own. Walking at a brisk pace of 5-7 minutes to the beach.
There are a lot of nuances in the hotel, but for the price that we paid, it is quite tolerable.

I am currently at the hotel. Disappointed. This is an uncertain 4 stars. Shampoo and shower gel of the lowest quality, do not foam at all. There is no soap dish. There are no toothbrushes. There are yellow spots on the linen. The shower ladder is disassembled, the handle is broken in the bathroom, I haven't called anyone yet. No one is settled before 14h. The room seems to be newly renovated, but everything is already shabby somehow. The bed is smoky, there are holes. The renovation in general at the hotel is very cheap and in some places unfinished. Room cleaning - either there is none at all and this is considered normal in the hotel, or it is there, but it is not visible at all, they are cleaned at 2 with a minus. The hotel has no territory at all. The building, and around the pool and that's it. There is some kind of wasteland around and garbage around. All the staff seems to be trying, but there is no sense. Only a woman speaks Russian early. She is a peculiar lady, sometimes harsh, but she helped us a lot in all matters. The hotel is mostly German and Russian. The Germans openly express their dislike for us, they don't let us go into the elevator with them. Only the sea saves the situation. It's not bad. A gentle entrance to the sea, only sand. But the beach is not clean either. Some kind of swamp there between the sea and the beach. Then it turned out that it was the neighboring hotel that drains the sewer!!!! right on our beach and in our piece of the sea. We eventually went 200m to the left to swim. There are not enough sun beds, but at least they are new. There is no Wi-Fi on the beach, they refuse to give a password, they say that the network is overloaded. The food on the beach is good. The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi and good antiseptics everywhere. The food is very good, there are a lot of different fruits, a lot of fish and meat. The child was fed for 2 years without problems, there are porridges and yoghurts, soups. In general, I do not recommend it.
