The price-quality ratio of the hotel is excellent! The rooms are huge, everything is thought out, especially in the bathroom, where there is plenty of storage space, and hangers for clothes and towels. The hotel is warm, the view from the room to the mountains, the food is a buffet, good. We stayed out of season, for one night. There was no need for any entertainment. If you stay longer and don't go out for a walk, it can be a bit boring.

The hotel was renovated and opened under the name Moselle. I went for one night, and ended up staying the whole weekend! The hotel is wonderful with excellent service, one of the best in Armenia (after Dvin and Alexander in Yerevan). Excellent staff, trained, friendly. There are a lot of staff, you don't have to wait to get an answer or help. There are Zielinski & Rozen products in the bathroom. Capsule coffee machine. The rooms are equipped with bathrobes, slippers, an iron, wine glasses and other accessories. Big new TV, Wi-Fi.The rooms have a shower, no bathroom, and there don't seem to be any rooms with a balcony. You can take accommodation with three meals a day (buffet) or B&B. There was a swimming pool, and there are game rooms: a library with board games, chess, and game consoles. And there is a billiard bar. But the spa and jim are not working yet, they promised to launch in full by the summer of 2025.

Very clean spacious rooms, stayed for only two nights, on the second day there was cleaning, towels were changed
The staff is friendly and welcoming, the massage was just super, I definitely recommend it if you stay there

The main building was under renovation, they lived in the second building. Extremely polite staff, beautiful spacious rooms (lived in 313), there is a billiard room, very modest fitness (treadmill, ellipsoid, 2 exercise bikes and a strange set of expanders, z-neck, assorted pancakes and non-removable dumbbells of low weight). Full board, very well fed. The location is great, you can just taste the air in huge gulps.

Incredible cleanliness! Even every corner of the shower stall glitters! Not a drop, not a hair - perfect.
Very comfortable bed, crisp linen.
The food is beyond praise: healthy, healthy, properly cooked. If you are on a healthy lifestyle, you will be as comfortable as possible.
The staff is very nice, they even gave me lunch, which I was late for upon arrival.
The sanatorium is very close to the park, walking in the fresh air is a pleasure.

Great! All requests were met with understanding and fulfilled. There is enough food. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Daily cleaning is above all praise.

A gorgeous place!This is my third time in Jermuk, I rested and was treated at the Olympia sanatorium!It is also a very beautiful place!It is cozy, warm at home and Armenian hospitality is incomparable!But Jermuk & SPA OTEL captured me completely in his arms!15 days flew by in one breath!!!

Jermuk itself is a place that has remained in my heart forever! Such beautiful places; the very people who live there have an extraordinary good nature. Despite the conditions in which they have to live. They have not lost faith and love. The Armenia Hotel is of a very good standard. Large rooms, excellent staff. I recommend everyone to visit all the excursions that the locals offer. Be sure to visit the Noravank Monastery. Armenia, you're falling in love with yourself!!!

I liked everything very much! Rest, treatment, service, cuisine are beyond praise. I would also like to thank the pastry chef for the fantastic desserts. The entire staff of the sanatorium is very friendly and helpful. And the nature and air of Jermuk is just a fairy tale! Thank you, we had a great rest!

Mentally! True, we were on an excursion, but it turned out to be enough to enjoy the views, drink mineral water of different temperatures. The guide told me a lot about it. Yes, there is still a lot left of the USSR, but...in my opinion, it's even good - a kind of trick, and a little bit of nostalgia.

Armenia is beautiful! When visiting Jermuk, go to the waterfall - the water spreads silver, if you walk further along the path, you will have a wonderful view of the gorge. Spare no money for a jeep safari to the hot spring - the geyser itself is about nothing, but the road to it will add adrenaline to the blood. And ask to go to the forest to the Snake's Head spring, the drinking water is just wonderful

Good location, swimming pool,interiors.I did not like the high stairs on the porch, on the residential 2nd floor and the miner closed on our arrival.baths and a swimming pool.and there is a lot of mayonnaise in the diet, and the staff is gloomy
