I recently visited the Armtek store and was very pleased with my experience. This is a really good store where everything is very modern. I especially liked their electronic queues - it greatly simplifies the waiting process and makes it more comfortable.
The staff at the store was very polite and helpful, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost of spare parts. It's really wonderful that they can offer such competitive prices.

The most disgusting company. Spare parts are delivered in opened, crumpled packages. When handing over the goods, they require you to sign the documents first, and then you will see the goods. And here is the most important thing. The product that you receive, as practice shows, may be broken. You are already returning the goods at your own expense. And it will not be possible to return the goods immediately, the courier is washed off in 5 minutes. The courier closes the deal and that's it. They have such a "phish" for each client for FIVE minutes. That is, they do not give you to check the product in terms of quantity and visual quality. They explain that you have three days to complain. And if you find a low-quality product and call them, they explain that it's your fault, since you signed the docks and opened them without the presence of a courier, then this is your problem. Couriers do not know how to talk to customers from the word at all. Rude, ill-mannered, swear, shake their rights, freak out. The bosses of these couriers only promise to have a conversation with them, but everything remains as it was.

I'm standing, it says "Busy" at everyone and no one is calling you, there is no electronic queue. I stand for 10 minutes and decide to approach the first one and he answers reluctantly: "what are you doing?", I say the packages - he was skewed. I'm standing at the cash register again. Nonsense, they pretend to be busy, no one is smiling and everyone is really tired of work. I would have ordered it somewhere else!

In general, it is only frustrating not to have a large selection of manufacturers (available, and for my car), but for those positions that are available, prices are often higher than, for example, in the Russian Federation by an average of 10-15 percent.

Как к поставщику автозапчастей и ассортименту вопросов нет. Есть свои интересные плюшки и фишки.
А вот с организацией пункта выдачи самовывозом не все так красиво (исключительно мое оценочное суждение).
Едешь себе такой по навигатору, вроде всё понятно... а потом видишь перед собой большую стройку в виде огромного ангара, самосвалы, бетономешалки и что то начинаешь сомневаться, в какой поворот свернуть. Хоть бы какой указатель повесили, уже было бы веселее. Особенно если едешь в первый раз.
Возле самого магазина стоянка очень маленькая.
Заходим в магазин. Отдел по грузовой программе слева, по легковой справа. Картина маслом - все манагеры заняты, клиенты как олени толпятся в проходе. Кто за кем? Непонятно... Манагеры отвечают на звонки и консультируют по телефону? Чеееегооо?
Клиент в зале - главный клиент, он приехал и уже стоит с кошельком.
Перегородок между говорящими нету, хоть гарнитуру выдали, уже хорошо.
Обслуживание быстрое, назвал номер заказа, оплатил, получил.
Но представить, что будет в час пик, совсем не хочется.
Есть над чем поработать.
