The catalog is convenient, works quickly and clearly. but the attitude in the store at the car market in Brest (Grodno) is no, from the word at all. Constantly dissatisfied, grumbling, busy with something but not with customers, arrogant. It takes 20+ minutes to pick up the ordered part, which is already assembled and lying on the shelf, and this is without a queue.
