I liked how they gathered me a bouquet for the amount I had. The florist is professional. The girls are polite. It was a little confusing that the entrance area was not cleared of snow. This contrasted with the interior, where everything was clean and tidy. We talked with my husband and came to the conclusion that the girls could clear the steps at the entrance themselves.
