This is a great place to stay in Tashkent and discover the city. Close to the city center. Clean and cozy room with nice lighting. I like when there is an option to switch to kinda "evening mode". Polite and helpful manager Shohruh warmly welcomed us at the reception in the middle of the night.
Great breakfasts, especially when the manager Kristina is watching the service quality. One day we were met by her and it was the best breakfast for the last 5 years. Only 5-star Dubai hotels can compete with it.
Another day we started earlier, when she wasn't there yet, and it felt like waiters and others did their job in like "power-saving" mode: nobody cared about milk absence in the coffee machine, refreshing some empty plates and juice bottles, etc. Luckily, when Kristina arrived, everything was back to normal. Also, her great small-talk skills helped us to feel safe and comfortable.
If we ever have a chance to be in Tashkent again, we'll stay here.

A very nice little hotel in the city center. The rooms are small but very clean. High-quality daily cleaning. There are plenty of good towels. Bathroom accessories are available. The breakfast is good. You can find food and drinks for every taste. The staff is polite and pleasant. Out of the ordinary: right in the middle of the headboard of the bed, between two pillows, there are sockets (to make it convenient to charge the phone) and an overhead light switch. And now, of course, the fear of damaging the wires and getting 220 volts as a gift in a dream is such a joy, so we charged the gadgets in another outlet. And, of course, a couple of times at night I waved my hand well and a bright light came on))) But these are rather "interesting decisions of the designer"))

The hotel is not bad enough, but there are disadvantages, we rented a small room with one bed for two.
Pros: clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, modern renovation, there were cups, tea and coffee bags in the room, as well as two 0.5l bottles of water, good bath towels and a safe.
Cons:
-you cannot pay with a narrow card, but only by transfer to a card;
-the shower cabin is low with a height of 185;
-there was laminate on the floor in the room and in places it was already swollen and cracks when you step on it;
-in the middle of the bed, at the headboard, sockets from which there is very good audibility from the room next door, a lamp clock on the bedside table is also connected to these sockets, the power supply was touched during sleep, the lamp clock begins to squeak a melody at night;
- the bed is double in size, but it consists of two single beds connected together, and of course one of them creaked.

An amazing hotel. Above the average class, about 3 stars. What you can fall in love with is the staff)) male administrators and young guys know the city well and can help with any problem that may happen to you. But what I like even more is the food! Incredibly delicious breakfasts! Croissants and other pastries are prepared by a special chef. You'll lick your fingers. Prices range from 50-60 dollars for a standard room with breakfast.

A very cozy hotel. Convenient location: close to the airport, railway station and from the center, so it is convenient to get there. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts.
There's a lot of audibility between the rooms, but if you're lucky with the neighbors, you won't notice. We just stayed at the hotel 2 times, the first time in the next room a small child cried at night, so of course we didn't sleep. And the mattress is too hard for us. But this is not critical either.

Excellent, new hotel, the rooms are not big, but there is everything, they are designed wisely. We stayed overnight with connecting flights. The airport is 10 minutes away by car. The center nearby is also nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful.
We were given breakfast boxes with us, we didn't have time for it, we helped with a taxi and recommended places where we could walk and not get lost. The impression of this hotel is only excellent!

Attention! I do not recommend taking a room on floor 0, next to the dining room. The window is small, there is a smell in the shower because it is not ventilated, the sewer pipe in the room is noisy.

We really liked this hotel. It is located on a quiet street. The room is wonderful, exceeded expectations. The only downside for us was a very hard mattress. You won't stay hungry at breakfast. The staff is very attentive and responsive. On the eve of our arrival, they called and clarified all the details. After learning that we are from Russia, we offered help with ordering and paying for a taxi. When we went to the taxi booking desk at the airport, there was a sign with our name on it, we were given a receipt and sent to board. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist paid for us. We returned the money when we exchanged rubles for soums. We also bought a local SIM card at the hotel, and it was connected to us there. Money can be exchanged with them (the rate is of course lower than the bank).

The most that I liked about this hotel is the breakfasts!!! Brewed coffee and a large selection of snacks pleased every day. The receptionists were very helpful and helped us find an excellent guide to the mountains for a good price. The room is small, but there is everything you need to relax. EXCEPT for the silence ... ((( we were settled on the ground floor and we woke up to the sounds of dripping water.. it turned out that they had opened the water in the faucet on the floor above. Everything that happens at the reception can be heard, the maids can be heard talking.. it was certainly a test... think seriously about sound insulation

A great new hotel.
Spacious rooms with large beds. There is everything you need. They are cleaned every day.

Breakfast is for every taste, very varied.
Among the disadvantages — when booking, they write the price without taxes and fees, as a result, when paying, the price tag suddenly increases by 30%, which is not very pleasant.

The hotel is new, built in 2021. It stands on a quiet street, half an hour walk to the center. There is a bank and a supermarket nearby. You can buy local SIM cards at the reception.
Everything is clean and tidy in the room. The bed is wide, the mattress is moderately hard. At our request, they gave us a second blanket without question. In the bathroom there is a funny shower cabin with a bunch of different sprinklers, a kind of hydro massage on minimals. The air conditioner is working, but the window can also be opened if desired. There is an elevator.
There is a restaurant in the basement. The breakfasts are normal, without crazy pickles, but everything you need is there. In the afternoon and evening, they can feed in the hall or deliver food to the room. It's delicious, although the choice is small.
The staff is very polite and friendly, sincerely tries to help, but sometimes does not quite understand exactly what the guests want. Especially if you need something non-standard. If the question is important to you, do not hesitate to ask again and clarify, changing the wording.

We stayed at this hotel twice during one week. We liked everything during our visit: the friendliness, the professionalism of the administrators, the room (although the room is small, there is no room for suitcases), breakfast. But the second time was less lucky. The administrator did not advise anything on the question of where to have dinner, the breakfast was very poor, strikingly different from the past (at that time a group of tourists from Russia lived in the hotel, it is believed that for this reason they did not spread fruits, sweets, etc., they began to take out when our tourists finished breakfast). But most of all I was upset by the room (107), very small for two! There was not even a chair in the room (there is no place to put it), the bathroom door opens 45 degrees, exactly half, as it rests against the headboard! Two people cannot move around the room at the same time! We travel a lot, but this is the first time we've been in such conditions. It's a pity, someone got very greedy..

Nice hotel, near embassies street. Lots of cafes. The staff at the hotel is excellent, the restora is open until 22.00, breakfast is a buffet. There is both local and European cuisine. The maids are super, the cleaning is aerobatics. At the reception, they will sell a local SIM card, and they will give you a bunch of certificates and help. The room has a standard set of everything, there is a safe. I recommend.

There were problems withdrawing cash from a Russian card and the guys kindly gave their own🩷 very clean rooms, nice decoration) as much light as possible in the rooms And in the shower

The hotel is perfectly located, close to Nukus Street, where restaurants and shops are located. The Hospital Market is also close by 10-15 minutes on foot. Breakfast is included in the hotel, and there are no problems with lunch and dinner - restaurants, fruits and local food at the market. The breakfast is varied, buffet style. There is suitable food for both adults and children. We stay at the hotel for the second time, as we are satisfied with the cleanliness and attitude of the staff. The room does not have old furniture, the beds are comfortable. The room itself is not very large, but it is quite comfortable. I recommend guests of the capital to stay at this hotel and thank the staff for their attention to all our wishes.

The standard room at first glance is very small, but there is more than enough for just spending the night.
The bed is super, wide, comfortable, the mattress is perfect, the linen is clean and pleasant. The bathroom is in excellent condition, shower, plumbing, water pressure, hair dryer - everything you need.
Breakfast is like a separate kind of art, delicious, varied, even a healthy man under 160 kg can eat - rice, potatoes, something meat, eggs, cheese, vegetables, fruits, salads, cereals, dried fruits and nuts, juice (not chemistry, but real juice), coffee, tea, croissants, pancakes, porridge. Plus pleasant music and comfortable sofas.
There is a shop nearby, the airport and the railway station are 15 minutes away.

Guests from Russia have arrived. We were satisfied and very pleasantly stunned. We arrived at 5 a.m., check-in at 12:00. They let us into the room without any problems, helped with the exchange (the hotel employee himself changed the currency at an ATM outside the hotel). Art Deluxe Hotel, Tashkent
I read the admiring reviews of this hotel, and the feeling that I was in a parallel reality does not leave me. That Art deluxe hotel I was in is terrible. It's a tiny room, and the bathroom is very, very, very cramped. To dry off, you opened the door, otherwise you'd be banging against the sink and the cabin. Towels for feet, for lack of space, lie on the floor, the rest is two on a hook. There is no shelf at the mirror, the soap is lumpy (the dream is that lumpy soap should be banned from hotels altogether). Even one person in the room is uncomfortable, I strongly do not recommend it for two people. You curtained the window, and it's like you're in a crypt. There's only one bedside table, because the other one doesn't fit anymore.
I asked for a quiet room, they gave me an elevator. Then with a view of the construction site. Sound insulation is zero-zero-zero. Everyone is walking, sneezing, coughing, and talking right in my ear.
Not a single shelf in the room! There are only 3 hangers in the closet. Of the horizontal surfaces, there is a tiny table on which there is no more space. For the guest's belongings there is a floor, a window sill, a bed and one small chair. Make a horizontal shelf from the table to the door! So that at least something could be put down!
Breakfasts are for those who want to have lunch or eat sweets. I couldn't eat the porridge, it's so sweet. Where are the cheesecakes, sour cream, and cottage cheese?
The area where the hotel is located is also strongly discouraged, it is very inconvenient for tourists: it is very far from the center, there are no good cafes nearby, just drive or walk very far.
It was the worst hotel of my trip (out of 4 hotels). We extended the room by an hour, and thanks for that, plus one star.

The hotel is not big, cozy. Fresh renovation. The rooms have a full set of bath accessories.
The breakfast is not very varied, but you can eat.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, but there is a huge supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and a bank nearby.
It takes about 40-50 minutes to walk to the center.
There is one drawback, there is a construction site nearby and, if possible, you need to ask for rooms on the other side.

We would like to thank the hotel staff for promptly checking in my wife and me after another hotel said that they had not received our booking with Booking. We were fed a delicious breakfast, exchanged currency and packed a lunchbox instead of breakfast for our early departure.
The location of the hotel is very convenient: only 15 minutes by taxi to the airport, to the railway station and the center is also nearby - 10 minutes drive.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the bathroom has everything you need.
