Hello! I want to leave my feedback as the father of the Child I brought to this clinic to heal the tooth. On the first trip, of course, everything seemed to be fine, we talked with our daughter, had a conversation all the time during the treatment, at some point my daughter became afraid of the devices that the dentist uses, they tried to calm her down calmly at first, then they started to get nervous and put pressure on the child, which made the child even more afraid and we they couldn't put a normal seal, they put only a temporary one, and when the daughter started crying and didn't calm down, the doctor started behaving incorrectly, considering that this is a child who is 4 years old, saying several times that everything, she won't work like that, that's it, we're finishing, and it's all natural not to in a child-friendly tone.
We arrived for the second time, and the child was scared from the start, because the last time she left with fear, and instead of going out, talking to the child, making contact, and arranging things, the doctor sits and just waits for us to calm down and come in. I understand that my child is not perfect, she is a vulnerable girl, but here it is as if they are waiting for perfect children who will unconditionally obey, sit, and endure. You can be patient and obey if there is an established and friendly atmosphere between the doctor and the child, but this was not the case here. And the administrator, instead of improving the situation, on the contrary tells the child that there is no time to sit and calm down, another patient will come soon. Of course, this is understandable from the point of view of work processes, but how do you help the situation? To force the child to speed up and come to his senses, because others will come and we won't be in time with her? Very professional. Maybe professionally competent specialists work here, but they don't know how to work with children here. And if they can, they don't really want to.

If you have a minor dental problem and decide to come here, the risk of getting worse is very high.
Having a sensitive tooth to cold and heat, I decided to visit this place.
In total, I was there three times: I experienced pain during the procedures, and as a result, in addition to the sensitivity of the tooth to hot and cold, the problem was never solved — now my tooth hurts when I eat.
The dentists here force you to come many times, worsen your problems, communicate poorly... a place best avoided! I'll never come here again.

Good afternoon, an extremely unpleasant situation occurred the other day, more related to the administrative organization of this institution.
Prior to this conflict, there was not a single comment on the treatment side.
Luisa Gennadievna personally saved several problem teeth.
Therefore, this situation is doubly unpleasant.
They were beaten at an examination with their daughter in January, in February they needed a copy of the certificate for the annual certificate to the kindergarten, and the administrator immediately refused to receive a copy of the report.
At least they agreed to provide a copy of the certificate, and there was a call that they could come and pick up the certificate.
Upon arrival, the certificate was not signed, the doctor said that she would not sign anything, the card was not found, the certificate was issued absolutely useless without a signature and conclusion.
I am a doctor myself, the situation is absolutely ordinary, when a parent needs a copy of the certificate, it takes exactly one minute to print it, as well as to put his stamp and signature.
The management is kindly requested to look into this situation.

The clinic itself has a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere, very polite and competent administrators, assistants and doctors.

The prices are too high. A consultation with a therapist is 30 rubles, when in clinics with a higher rating and a good reputation it is 15-16.
Which immediately turned away: they are not going to give a guarantee for treatment. I'm sure it was on purpose. It was only in this clinic that I heard that in my case, "no one will give a guarantee," yeah. In others, they give. We read the reviews below and regretted that we had not done this earlier.
They were forced to wait for an appointment, none of the patients were there, and the doctor called to him only after 10 minutes of the appointed time.
The interior and atmosphere are not like an expensive clinic.

I treated a complicated tooth, professional work and care during the reception: the girls explained everything, constantly asked about my condition, because I warned that I was afraid of dental manipulations.
Very comfortable and cozy atmosphere inside. I didn't come from another area for nothing! I recommend it!

They refused to record for a new date, explaining that there was no contact with the child, but it will not happen if the doctor himself is wearing a mask and does not interact with the child in any way.

I do not recommend this clinic, because after treatment at the dentist Louise Pindras (head physician) I almost lost a tooth and went through great agony and moral suffering. In short, the doctor performed the treatment in bad faith and left a piece of the instrument (about 3 mm, photo attached) in the tooth canal!!!! It is simply impossible not to notice this. The biggest crime is that she hid it and sealed the tooth as if nothing had happened. After giving her all the conclusions, I received the answer "first prove that it was me. Do you think you're the first one who comes to me with such statements?"
I think that such doctors should be stripped of their licenses and not allowed to see patients. It is inhumane to deny even the possibility of making a mistake, you could apologize to me or try to somehow resolve the conflict. Instead, I heard a wave of outrage. If I don't get justice from them, then at least let people know about it and avoid visiting this clinic.
