I made a pre-order for the sushi set IN ADVANCE. They promised to bring it in the interval 20:40-21:20. No one arrived at the designated time. At 21:30, I already called myself to clarify where my order is. They promised to contact the courier and call back in 2/3 minutes — either the operator or the courier. Of course, I didn't get the call. I called them 5 more times within an hour, all the times they promised to call me back and tell me what was wrong with my order. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. At 22:16, I already received a text message that my order was on the way. Really. At 22:29, the courier arrived, I asked for the administrator's number for communication. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the current situation and ask how they can make it up to me. The receptionist offered 10 bonus points for the next order — I'm not sure what I'm going to order from you anymore, I don't need your points. Then I was offered to pay for the order in full or refuse. I refused. Don't take a lot of orders if you can't fulfill your obligations. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I will no longer be your client.
