Two rolls, different in appearance, have exactly the same filling. I'm not sure if that's the plan, but if it is, it's also very strange, if I wanted the same rolls, I wouldn't order a set.
Well, the gunkans, which were put as a "gift" - undercooked rice and tasted like they had been in the refrigerator for six days 🤮
The only rolls that were OK were the ones with the cream cheese caps. And thanks for the fast delivery.

Everything was fine, I ordered it in 4 hours, but it didn't help to stay an hour. Minsk is a big city, we do not rule out traffic jams or problems with T/c (not very specific). But they did not have time to start enjoying them as they came across a bone in the first one, usually it is found in fish, but there was a chicken (on the floor of the roll). Probably, customers are considered idiots when they write the crossed-out number "120" and below the price with a "discount" of 39 rubles. Has anyone ever bought sushi for 120 rubles? Take away these shameful discounts. Write the real price and do not force people to spend money and time on Cream coupons as well. The terms of delivery are also vaguely described. Somewhere it is free, somewhere it is included in the price... in general, you can't figure it out without a bottle of soy sauce.
After the arrival of the courier, they tried to resent in a telephone conversation with the administrator why they took 14 rubles from above for the order. The girl calmly insisted that it was the right thing to do. Yes, "Art Food" was "cooked" on one order. 14 rubles are not lying on the road.
If it hadn't been for March 8, these three sets would have returned from Dzerzhinsky, 15 back to Prytytsky, 93. I had to take the amount indicated in the receipt so as not to spoil the ladies' holiday. But!!! Art FOOD, however, ruined it. Sushi, and not for the first time, turned out to be stale: the rice was weathered and tough. Obviously, the sushi was prepared in advance, maybe at lunch, or maybe even from last night. Customer orientation - 0. From the threshold- an arrogant face with an unwillingness to respond, without a sense of tact with visitors, repulsive nervousness in behavior, eye rolling and facial contortion, rudeness, audacity, which reads like "why did you come, get out as soon as possible, you are not welcome here"… It all ended in a scandal, with no one trying to listen to the client (guest). Neither a normal response nor a calm resolution of the conflict situation was even tried at all. Not to shut up and not to stop, it became clear that such situations are repetitive and there is no punishment for the leadership (even if they find out about these cases above). Awful. My husband, me and the child left, leaving a negative review in the book. It is clear that there was no apology on their part. Darkness, in a word. No foot, no clothes, no recommendations. Understand not only the quality of the product offered, but it would not hurt to put the staff in order. At least just remind us about the standards and rules of communication with customers, respect your face as an institution, or else all customers have been lost…(((

In general, I was always satisfied with the quality, and last time I was completely disappointed in this institution. The products are not of proper quality. With so many reviews on this topic, it is unclear why measures have not been taken?! The avocado was terribly bitter and wooden, 10 pieces from the set flew into the trash, because everything was soaked with this bitterness. The first thing I did was write to them on Instagram. My messages hung for 4 hours, they just apologized for my claim. I don't think that such a problem can be solved with a reluctant apology, and that's what I wrote to them. To which I received an answer: "We can put a Quality Control mark on the phone number so that your orders are checked more carefully, and also add a bonus of 3 rubles."
Shouldn't quality control be on every order, and how will these three rubles help me?) It's kind of surreal, to be honest, if 1/3 of the set is ruined. Not a little money is paid for this.

The sous chef called, agreed with the claims, offered to settle the situation by adding 10 points to the application and at the next PICKUP, open a set in the hall, if there are complaints about quality, then we will immediately solve them on the spot. But they didn't add up any points, they weren't really needed. I wanted to get at least some compensation for the disgusting sushi that went into the trash. I have no idea who made them, but the feeling is that the person was not trained and was not even controlled by the issuance of the order, the same sous chef.
