A cozy little hotel in Ichan-Kale, Khiva. Close to all the sights, but on a quiet street. There is a rooftop terrace with a wonderful view. The lovely hosts sometimes arrange a folklore show on the roof. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy. Very tasty breakfasts!

Cozy, clean, warm, delicious breakfasts. The hosts are very friendly. And the best high terrace in the old town, where the whole old town is in full view! I recommend 100 percent

Great location. Cool terrace - such a view of the city!It's really nice to sit there in the evening.
The rooms are simple, as are the breakfasts.
The owners live on the ground floor.
We need to be warned about early check-in - we arrived by train from Bukhara in the morning and couldn't get through to at least leave our things. I had to walk:) Nothing, we saw a lot outside the fortress, for example, the market was impressed with its authenticity.
In general, I recommend it.

A good guest house. Very nice, helpful hosts. You feel at home. The transfer from the airport was perfectly organized at night. Delicious breakfasts. Great view from the roof. The comfort of the room is not great, but it is quite normal. I would have stayed there more.

Great hostel! Friendly atmosphere, friendly hosts, good breakfast. Beautiful, clean rooms. The hostel is located in the very center of the old city, it was not difficult to get to any of the sights of Khiva. The owner is a professional musician! A small concert was arranged for the guests! I recommend it!

A standard guest house for Uzbekistan. There are not many rooms. There is practically no chance to check in earlier and leave later. Breakfast is standard for Uzbekistan without alternatives. The refrigerator and TV are shared. The staff is adequate. You need to take off your shoes. It is located behind the wall in the old town closer to the North Gate.
