A great place for those who want to improve their negotiation skills. There is a training format, there is a format for working out after training, which is very valuable for me, because there is not much time to learn and if it were not for working out, a lot would be forgotten, there is a training format online and offline, there is a format of invited speakers who tell a lot of useful things from different areas of life and business with skills development on that the same class. I take a subscription, it turns out much more profitable this way. I plan to visit as long as I see the benefits for myself. I have been at the club for more than two years, and at every lesson I take something new and useful for myself. I really like that Sergey shares his experience, which is called "not pinching" knowledge. He regularly approaches training, always sharing what he learned from there. I hope I haven't forgotten anything, thank you for your attention.

Excellent negotiation school, lots of practice, learning and practicing negotiation techniques, networking. They periodically invite interesting speakers from various fields of activity, conduct trainings, negotiation tournaments and duels. "We live the way we know how to negotiate." It is useful for everyone. I highly recommend it.

A powerful community! Sergey Gromov is an open, authentic, bright person. And a cool professional! I met Gromov's Artel in early 2023.
From myself, I will say that I visited many clubs, most of them were business clubs. But no club has given me such an inner development and impetus. In Gromov's Artel, you don't just pump your negotiation skills, everything is deeper here.

I have been participating in the club for more than one year. A rare place in its applied use. Here you can see your basic scenarios in negotiations and communication. Notice typical mistakes, using your own and others' examples. And to work on all this with great interest and excitement. The community and the people are cool! Networking is what you need. Instead of reading about negotiations, it is better to dive into them regularly, prepare, plan, improvise and implement.
