Hello, I ordered a sofa in Ascona and was waiting for an order. Now they can't deliver it from the warehouse while they're still waiting. And this is the city of Astana. Such warehouse or logistics workers. And most importantly, there is no person who is responsible for this . I rate the work of logistics very poorly.

We bought a sofa in the Askona store - and we are very happy that we made the right choice. Manager Arailym helped to decide, although we went to see the pillows and immediately bought a sofa. The delivery was made in a timely manner, the guys were very polite, promptly brought in, assembled, installed a sofa. Thank you.
