I got into this store by accident, you might say. I was just there and when I saw him, I remembered that I had long dreamed of a mattress ..
I went in and it was like I was in a fairy tale.
A fairy tale about rest.
A huge number of products were directly offered to lie down.
But then two charming fairies appeared (as it turned out later, the store's consultants Tatiana and Margarita) and made them believe in miracles with their charm.
They immediately engulfed us with their attention, so we got lost.
Having immediately found out our preferences, they offered several options.
After trying out a few with their unobtrusive attention, we made our choice.
Everything was told in detail and they were not even confused by my finicky (tricky) questions. Everything was well told and quickly arranged

I bought a massage chair in the store for my husband's birthday.
We discussed all the nuances with the seller (up to the size of the door opening), the delivery was supposed to be Wednesday, in the morning the logisticians called and warned that the chair would be delivered from 18-20
At 21.00, they called back and said that it turns out the chair does not have packaging and they will not be able to deliver it to us.
The next day, I contacted the logisticians and they tearfully promised me to bring it on Friday before 13.00 and said we would be put first on the delivery list.
On Friday morning, the logistics service called and said delivery would be from 16-18
Naturally , we did not wait for any delivery at the specified time , called us later and said we did not have time to leave the queue, and at 21.55 we called back and said so it should be disassembled , it will not pass through the doorway for you ...Seriously???after a week of waiting....
Please note that the chair cost 7000 Belarusian rubles and after purchase it was not removed from the display in the store, but continued to be tested.naturally, I refused the chair and collected my money from the shops of the city.That 's how the surprise turned out for the holiday , of course no one will return my nerves .
