I bought a bed with a mattress in Askona shopping center "Secret".

I ordered a pillow through the Serta arctic website on 9.01.25. I wrote to support several times, asked when the pillow would be delivered to the store in Gomel, and also called the store. As a result, I waited a month and nothing happened...
then I wrote to cancel the order, and the response was simply that the order had been canceled... No sorry, nothing
Strange attitude towards customers.
By the way, in March last year I bought a pillow for my daughter from them, I was satisfied, so I decided to order it for myself now, we also looked at their mattress, we wanted to update it, but after this attitude I will look at other options, since there are enough of them in our city.
I do not recommend it!
