We decided to buy a bed and a mattress in this store. We ordered a mattress first, and a bed a couple of days later. We agreed with the consulting managers at the store to have everything delivered to us on one day. We were also told that the mattress would be ready earlier than the bed.
After a while, they called, said that everything was ready and the order would be delivered in 4 days, you would need to go to the store and pay the rest. We arrived on the appointed day, paid and checked with the consultant at what time the order would be delivered today, to which we were told that it should actually be delivered in a few days. They asked for clarification, since they initially received completely different information and highlighted that they needed to bring everything together, he called back and said that everything would be delivered today.
As a result, a bed was brought to us and assembled, there was no mattress. We called the store, and the consultant said he would clarify the information. I want to highlight that we delivered the old bed a few hours before the new one was delivered.
After a couple of hours, no one calls us back, and at six-thirty in the evening we call ourselves, to which we are told that nothing will be delivered today! Please contact the management and arrange delivery not through their company in order to at least receive the mattress the next day. A woman calls back and says that their warehouse is closed for the weekend, we can't open it and we will deliver the mattress in 5 days!!! It is very interesting, because on Saturday (today) a bed was delivered to us from another city. To the situation that we simply have nothing to sleep on because of their mistake, she does not react in any way and says, "we can't do anything."
As a result, you will have to sleep for several days in an unknown place due to the fact that the company's communication with logistics is lame, to put it mildly, and they don't give a damn about their customers.
We really regretted choosing Ascona and will definitely never come back here again!

I am not satisfied with the operation of this store . 06.10.2024 according to the contract ✓rbWE -015808 we ordered a mattress and a bed from the store , we paid for the bed immediately ( since they said to pay for the mattress upon arrival ) , we promised to deliver it on time ( 25 working days ) , we even specially chose the material that is in stock , although initially we wanted a different one . As a result, I called there on 10/28/2024 and they assured me that there was still a lot of time and the bed would arrive (they didn't even bother to check the information right away), then I called there on 11/06/2024, and they told me that the bed hadn't even been manufactured in Russia and that the only thing they could offer was a discount on the pillow. After that, I went to the store and wanted to arrange discounts, but they refused me, they only offered a discount on a pillow. But after I promised that I would go to court, they provided a discount, because they are using a trick and their contract says that for each day of delay from the cost of 0.1%, and according to the law on the protection of rights, you will consume 1% and according to this law their contract clause is not legally binding. On 11/12/2024, a mattress and a base were delivered to me, one lamella was broken at the base, I immediately told the deliverymen about it, to which they told me to call the store, everything will be solved there, I did so. They immediately promised that everything would be replaced, but then they called and said we don't have one, we'll bring it right away as soon as it appears. As a result, it's 01/27/2025 and THEY'RE STILL CARRYING HER. When the bed was already delivered, it was around 11/25/2024. The customers did not know that I had been given a discount, I had to call the store and even they did not know, they all called someone, as a result, they cut it in half with grief, but there was a discount. Everything was fine until the moment of the order , everyone told how wonderful they were, and then when the shoals appeared , no one cared and shifted responsibility to each other. That's why I don't recommend this store.

Polite sellers quickly picked up the right mattress, chose the most profitable promotion, handed it over - a pleasant gift. The quality of products and production is excellent!
