Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Asmald.

Great hotel. Solid 4 stars. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are good. Location 5 minutes to Khan's Palace.

We were from August 8th to 17th. I liked everything very much! Clean rooms, helpful staff. The hotel is located in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. Towels were changed every other day. I liked everything very much! Thanks to the staff! We will definitely come back again!

Good afternoon! I liked the hotel, the staff is very courteous and attentive, the restaurant cooks very tasty and quite quickly. The waiter generally moved periodically running.))))
There wasn't a big joint in the bathroom, the shower was leaking, but I think it will be fixed very quickly. There is a swimming pool. We didn't get to breakfast, I wanted to sleep))))). Everything is clean and fresh.

A hotel with a service level of 0. When booking a room with a double bed in advance, in fact they check into a room with a single bed. The reception informs that there are no other rooms available, but at the same time there are at least 5 double rooms available for booking.
I don't think the information in the booking is incorrect. Coffee at breakfast is paid.

Probably the best hotel in Kokand . Clean , the staff speaks Russian , make your arrival at the hotel as comfortable as possible . A small minus for those with children. Breakfasts are aimed at adults rather than children. But it doesn 't matter . And so everything is neat, you can always find a place near the hotel parking lot. WiFi is also everywhere .

A middle-class hotel with attentive service and a beautiful garden. There is a swimming pool, although it is not very comfortable to swim as there is a restaurant terrace right next to it. In general, everything is fine for Kokand. You need to understand that this is not Samarkand and Bukhara, spoiled by the attention of tourists.

He lived for a month during a business trip. during this time, it is impossible not to find a problem) the shower flows, periodically there is no electricity, the breakfast is pleasant, but monotonous. a very expensive restaurant - prices are about x2 from cafes in the area. The pool is pleasant, but sometimes guests splash around so that there is no desire to chill at it. The staff does not record the order, then asks again, forgets and everything like that.

A great hotel for the price! The most gorgeous service. Delicious food! We were very pleased with the prices. At the entrance you are greeted by a beautiful hall with a waterfall, and in the morning at breakfast a girl plays the saxophone. The waiters are very nimble, as is the room service. I really liked it! The best 3* hotel, I would give another star :)

Breakfast is not bad. The TV was not working at the time of the stay. No one came to fix it. They left used slippers, someone's hair in the sink, bed linen with stains, it seems that they did not change. The cost does not correspond to reality.
