They called knowingly, clarified how the massage therapists work, whether it is necessary to make an appointment, the administrator assured that before 23.00 at any time without an appointment you can come. We arrived at about 15.45. To the question: "where is the massage room?", the answer was received that first you need to visit the sauna, then the steam room, then the shower, and only after that you can write your number on the board and get to the masseur. Well, we did not intend to go to the sauna, but we had to walk through the halls, since everything is spread over two floors, in order to change clothes we need to go up to the second floor to go for a massage on the first, saunas and a sauna with a swimming pool are also on different floors. In short, we came to rest, but we were tired of running around the floors. My back massage lasted 10-15 minutes. The couch for massage treatments is a board with a cut-out hole for the head. That is, it is an absolutely solid surface covered with a sheet. Naturally, the head is uncomfortable. The masseur did not have enough time for my friend at all, since the master was going home at 17.00. The disappointment is complete.
The equipment in the showers is old. The pool is microscopic, four women with small children can stay at the same time, no more. The employee in the steam room is completely not customer-oriented, either shouts at visitors or ignores them. I don't recommend this place.

The bathhouse for the city of Kokshetau is well done. Yes, if you visit other cities (Almaty, Kostanay) then everything is known in comparison. Maybe somewhere better. But, for a provincial town, this is the norm. There is a good Russian dry steam room, and there is wet steam in the hammam. There is also a Finnish one, but it does not always work. There is a buffet where you can sit and have a snack. The children really like the pool. There is a font with cold water.... brrrr)))) In general, the bathhouse is nice and clean. There is a massage room. At certain hours, the bath attendant makes steam from fir, salt, and garlic. Garlic came to me personally))). We are used to fir oil ;-). I like it myself and can recommend it!!!

Favorite sauna in the city. There is everything for a pleasant stay, various treatments, scrub, massage. A large steam room with general steaming with salt, garlic, lime, eucalyptus. The buffet with soft drinks and foam deserves special praise!

I do not recommend it. Nothing has been thought out in the steam room, you can't sit upstairs, the steam is not wet. The food in the dining room is disgusting. They also charged 1200 tenge per hour from a 4-year-old child.... Terrible impressions.
