I contacted the clinic via the Internet. They answered quickly and affably until the moment the money was paid. The manager leading you immediately loses interest.
The assistant doctor, a young girl who speaks Russian, asked me before the start, why am I short of breath? I replied that I did not. As a result, it turned out that they translated the problem of nasal breathing as shortness of breath. In general, I have great doubts that the doctor received an adequate translation of my medical history.
The doctor himself, the professor, did not look at the CT scan before the teleconsultation on zoom - the most important study. We agreed during the consultation that he would look at it before concluding.
The girl who participated in the zoom as a translator knew English no better than me, so after I mastered 2/3 of the medical terms, she was no longer needed at all.
For payment: the consultation of $ 690 came out to me in fact more expensive since the exchange rate was overestimated by 10 rubles. (shekels - dollars - rubles) It is clear that there are two conversions, but this is the first time I have encountered such a commission.

It's a good clinic. It is bad that everything that the patient needs to go through must necessarily have an accompanying person. Although there are a lot of good doctors and receptionists in the Russian-speaking staff. Medicine in Israel is expensive.+ A lot of money goes to intermediaries. I really want the clinic to arrange more favorable conditions for Russians. Without mediation. After all, many of our people come to you for treatment. Thank you all for the health and life of the Israelites!!! Good luck to you.!!!🙂
