We wanted to celebrate the anniversary. We took a responsible approach to choosing an institution. We personally came and chose a certain table that we would like to book and made a pre-order!!!
In fact, on the appointed day, when we arrived, we were taken to the summer terrace, because the hall where we booked the table was closed for corporate according to the manager of "high" persons.
We were not warned about this! Moreover, the table was not set for us and we were waiting for our snacks, which should have already been on the table.
The speed of service is a separate topic, because everyone was running around the corporate party, they did not pay attention to us, for example, we asked for a charger 5 times and it was never brought, they carried water for an hour, etc.
THE RECEIPT! it included the wine that we ordered at the beginning, but it was never brought to us, however, we did not forget to include it in the bill! We ordered a dish from the chef, but brought saj (the wrong dish).
In general, of course, we are not a corporate party, but a table of 5 people, which gives 800 rubles at the end of the evening, deserves to be poured champagne for them, and not us doing it ourselves.
If you position yourself as a premium class institution, and YOUR prices confirm this, then at least match it!
And finally, nowadays, a compliment from an institution on a guest's birthday is a common practice, but here they did not even think about it.

We were celebrating a corporate party. Considering the money spent on the program and the food, I was disappointed. Caesar salad consisted of lettuce leaves of such a size that it was doubtful whether the knife had touched them... the sauce in the salad was also spared... the breadcrumbs competed in size with lettuce leaves...
the kebab was very salty, the grilled ribs looked like someone had already bitten into them.... The fish was not bad, both baked and grilled... snacks were served in a very dosed manner, the pieces of meat were translucent and there were 7-8 pieces of four types on 2 plates for 12 people at the table.

It was not the first time we were in this restaurant on 09/19/2011, but this was the first time we encountered such an attitude. We chose and booked in advance (we noted others and it was announced when booking!!!), we counted on excellent service and the evening as a whole, BUT... We have no complaints about the kitchen, but the SERVICE and ATTITUDE were, to put it mildly, SHOCKED!!! I note, and this is important, that we were ALONE in the hall all evening!!!!!!!!!!
The beginning did not work out right away, the waiter turned out a tray with glasses of champagne (breaking the dishes and, accordingly, dousing me and the guests well!!!) ... but we reacted with understanding, anything happens, it does not matter... The waiter apologized and we moved to another table...then, on the whole, everything went well...until the bill was brought to us! To begin with, they have a 10% discount for birthday parties and a compliment is provided (of course none of this happened, ALTHOUGH I repeat, I talked about it when booking) 1. To the question: "what about the discount on DR?" the waiter replied: "well, you didn't say and I already knocked out the check anyway, so ..." it just killed!!! 2. We, at least, counted on at least something for the champagne turned right AT US (except "well, sorry! Finally it happened" it's literally)
As a result, nothing at all, from the word at all!!! and the price of the issue at the expense was not 20 rubles, but 500!
The woe of the ADMINISTRATOR is nothing but "well, the hostess does not tell us what you are booking a table for, so we did not make a discount! Next time, we will provide it to you" (when a person comes with bouquets and gifts, he is congratulated in front of you, it is impossible not to understand what it is!!! yes, clarify, in the end) The situation with the glasses was answered with "Excuse me, I'll talk to the waiter!" What?! I can talk to him myself, thank you, this is not a solution!!!! I doubt that you would be satisfied with my answer after all that has happened.: "Well, I'm sorry, I'll pay next time there's a different attitude!" Although, there definitely won'T BE a next time!
You position yourself as a RESTAURANT, not a canteen and such a lack of any customer orientation...we have been to many establishments in the city and NOWHERE was there such a disregard for the situation!!! We got into a position, but no one was even going to get into our position.
"THANK YOU" for the spoiled mood, and the holiday in general!!!!

The salad was delicious, cola was poured into a red wine glass, the menu was on a tablet, but ... I was sitting in the winter garden and artificial flowers - the decorations look very cheap. The staff is friendly. They immediately warned that it would be noisy, because there were 2 weddings and corporate parties. And so it was.
I waited 15 minutes for the order to be accepted. I don't understand why the menu is on the tablet, if you still need a waiter to order?
But, in general, it's still a great place)

A very beautiful interior with many small pleasant details (textures). Very atmospheric! I'm talking about the Sumakh hall. The light is soft, but not deaf at all, it corresponds to the interior. Well, what can I say about the waiters... they are quite polite to the guests. But for example, I was invited to the wedding as a photographer. And he asked the waitress to turn off the light at a certain moment (it was necessary), to which he received a rude answer: "I don't do light." Otherwise, we worked quickly, carefully, and tried to do everything as we were taught. Evaluate this moment for yourself. I tried a salad there and a kind of hot dish of chicken pieces, vegetables and seasonings. The chicken was tough enough in the hot and salad. The salad was "pleased" with stewed cucumbers along with other vegetables. I don't know how much it all cost the customer, but I've tried better dishes in canteens. I didn't try the second hot one, it looked better, but for some reason stewed cucumbers remained in my memory))) I put 4 stars only for the interior.

I was at a friend's wedding. They rented a beach house in this complex. Everything is wonderful. The four are strong. There was no wow effect. Catering was ordered separately, if I'm not mistaken chef catering is where the guys made the atmosphere and the menu for five plus!
