I ordered a bouquet online, chose it on Instagram and paid with a card. It was delivered on time, but not the same as in the catalog. Naturally, I asked why the bouquet differs so much from the catalog. The answer was even more upsetting than the bouquet: at the time of the bouquet's creation, there were no roses, they were replaced with daisies. A very equivalent replacement, of course! I'm shocked. The administrator is completely unable to communicate with clients: they blocked me on Instagram, on Whatsapp, there were no words of apology. Self-respecting salons, first of all, coordinate replacements with the client, and do not deceive them. That's exactly the feeling I have left: we received the money, but we didn't even think about the service and the client. It's sad that I trusted this salon with my mood. I do not advise you to contact them. Deception and rudeness.

I ordered two large bouquets of tulips of five different colors with a prepayment in three days, with delivery in the morning on March 8. A bouquet of the same color was brought to the same address after lunch! The second one was not brought at all! After 17 o'clock I came to them, they accused me of dishonesty! But it turned out that the delivery mixed up the streets. They did not apologize, they returned the money with discontent and insult! I do not advise anyone to come here!
