The residential complex is good.
BUT, the maintenance company and the developer BI Services and the developer BI GROUP., do not know how to build and maintain.

Beautiful LCD, good Parking,beautiful comfortable courtyard, security system.there is a mini Magnum right in the yard, which is very convenient..there are many salons, children's playgrounds in the yard is very clean, I can't say anything about the apartments themselves since I haven't been to the houses themselves, I came to the salon)))

it is convenient to get to the nearest stops: plodik and Satpayev.
many residents (especially middle-aged women) they kick you out even though you don't come to visit them. they don't let you walk quietly, play or chat, just climb and dig in, saying "you're not from here", and "what are you doing here". well, ill-mannered.

There is not enough parking for the residential complex, there are no trees to hide from the sun, there is no service from the management company biayservice, dirt is everywhere, garbage has not been taken out for weeks, rats run, lawns have dried up, terrible noise insulation from the developer biaygroup, neighbors can be heard breathing and farting through 8 floors.
