The receptionist said that during the pedicure, the master also does a foot spa massage with a candle. This is included in the cost of the service. I really want to try it.

I signed up for a manicure procedure at this salon through Instagram.
Before signing up for the procedure, I consulted the salon administrator quite well by correspondence.
I asked, "would the master have the opportunity to make me a jacket design and add one nail?"
The administrator answered my question like this: "I think it will be possible to discuss all the details with the master and come to an agreement."
Thanks to this answer, I signed up.
During the master's work with me, I asked her questions about the process, discussing designs, length, shape, etc. since I was given the right to choose.
Yes, that's right, I was given the right to choose, given that I was a model.
At that moment, I was very surprised.
As far as I know, when they take the model for the procedure, the master himself chooses the design, etc.
In fact, I could hardly believe that the master would make the kind of design that I wanted.
Because my questions about the design, the form, and the usual questions that the client has the right to ask the master before starting work.
The master was just being sarcastic.
He answered coldly and irritably.
And then she completely showed her inadequacy.
Telling me pointedly that she couldn't work with me and asked me to leave👍
The service is terrible, the administrators mislead the client before signing up for a manicure.
They don't negotiate well, they don't discuss details well with the foremen, and they give false information to the client.
They are not interested in customers at all.
On the spot, after all this work with the master, the salon administrator promised to contact me later in order to re-assign me to another specialist.
I never received a call, a message, or a normal apology about this incident!!!
I left with an unfinished manicure that clung to my clothes.
