Good hotel but they need to serve water in rooms everyday, not only on the first day.

The hotel is good. Spending the night with the family is just right.
Doroho is rich inside. It's spacious. Voluminous. A lot of things are just for beauty.
Kitchen. Basic utensils. Washing machine. Hair dryer,iron, ironing board.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of a dryer. After washing, at least hang it on the TV. There are also small sofas in the living room.
The beds are not sagging. The linen is clean.
Also, for such a hotel, it would be time to replace the old TVs with more modern ones. With the Internet. Well, there are no channels to watch even on what is available. Less than half of the 50 channels are shown.
According to the staff. Communication on 5. Polite and courteous. The maids clean regularly.
Some rooms have a balcony. You can go out for a smoke.
Overall, it's good. But not mine. The rooms are not comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. A large room, like a two-room apartment, has a kitchen. I liked the buffet breakfast. The price includes access to a spa with a swimming pool and a gym in the next building. There is a private parking. There is a grocery store and a coffee shop nearby.

I really liked this hotel! The rooms are clean, the bed is great, the staff is polite. The food in the restaurant is just a bomb! Such huge portions that after dinner, I didn't even go to breakfast. A nice and cozy hotel. I stopped several times. The rooms are very large and almost all are almost a two-room suite with a kitchen area, although they are positioned as standard. The rooms have everything you need. It's not cold. On the upper floors there were rooms where the water pressure in the shower is weaker than on the kitchen sink. But it's not critical.

Great hotel. Suitable for long-term stays, there is a kitchen, a washing machine. There is a bit of a lack of a set of kitchen accessories, but uncritically. The location is also quite convenient. Everything you need is nearby. A good bed, the mattress is somewhat soft, but this is subjective. Others may like it quite well. A good restaurant. Breakfast is included. Alcohol is only available at the bar. Quiet, no evening-night discos. There is a spa area, very decent. You can easily live with your family in the hotel.

A very cool hotel! The staff is always friendly. Spacious, clean rooms with perfectly clean and delicious-smelling bedding.
The rooms have a kitchen (not all), a living room and a bedroom. Ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, bathrobes, slippers, work desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Very tasty breakfasts. Supermarket and pharmacies in the next building.

Overall, the location and rooms are nice and clean. The only thing is that fitness does not work early in the morning or not every early morning. With breakfast, the choice is meager compared to breakfast in the Chagall apartments. You get Internet access with an SMS code, but I personally had a communication problem and no messages came, so it would be better to just have a Wi-Fi password in the room.

If you take it as a whole, then in principle it is a good hotel, the deluxe room (single) has a refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board, stove, microwave, 2 TVs, desk, huge balcony, 2 air conditioners. While I lived there, the room was cleaned every day, the furniture was of course tired, but in principle it was normal. The toilet broke (did not fill the tank with water), called the reception, sent a master, fixed it. Fitness and a swimming pool are also included in the price. The breakfasts are not bad for my taste, but the choice is very small.
Of the cons, the Internet is lousy, the download speed was 650 kB/sec at most. I never connected the phone to Wi-Fi, I was too lazy to deal with it, I scored. They give a small bottle of water only upon check-in, then they don't bring it, I didn't understand this joke. On the ground floor of this institution there is a restaurant with the loud name Metropol, one Monday evening (!) music for the whole hotel was playing from it all evening, it closes only at 12 at night, the music startles Dotalov. Because of this, I did not get enough sleep, I had to get up for work at 7 a.m., perhaps this minus covers all the advantages. The windows faced Azattyk Avenue, the audibility even with the windows closed is terrible, that is, it is very noisy.

I was on a business trip, checked into this hotel. The hotel is basically normal. But since the opening, he has not seen repairs. There was no whole thing in the room. Everything is broken, everything is worn. There are spots everywhere. So there is also a paid room with the possibility of extension. On the last day, they asked to vacate the room because it was rented. By notifying about it at 15.00 and withdrawing another payment for late check-out. Upon check-out, they announced that they had used water and peanuts from the tasai minibar (these products were not in the room in principle). 3 days after the eviction, they called and showed that I was still drinking whiskey from the minibar.(they would have announced it a week later). The prices in the hotel restaurant are not humane at all. A set dinner is not worth the money. The service and the condition of the rooms are not very good at all.

Also, do not open the windows, as it smells of hydrogen sulfide.

There was a lot of activity in the restaurant and bar in the evening.
