Great store, good prices. A lot of things are available, and on order, so everything is, and at reasonable prices. For me, there is one disadvantage, very often there is a large queue, for some reason in such a network they do not pay attention to the maintenance staff, I do not understand at all how the guys cope with such a flow. The campaign management is well-off and they save on salaries for at least one additional seller. There are much more staff in other stores. It's a pity that in such a large company there are such small issues. Otherwise, there is no competition. Thanks to the guys for their work and diligence.

Complete irresponsibility. We made an order online, no one even called back. They called themselves for two days in a row, no one picks up the phone. After that, we will not order anything else. And if the order arrives, it happens to be completely nonsense and the price tag changes. I do not advise you to go there at all and buy something there.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff of the Auto1 store. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude towards the client. We listened carefully, correctly selected the part, and with the possibility of choosing (from China to the original). Turning to other stores, there was no choice as such, either the timing was unrealistic or the price was biting (I was looking for a piece of foliage on a Mercedes w124). They were delivered on time, and they also notified that the order had arrived. Thank you very much, now only to them.
