I made a full prepayment for an expensive car from China in transit through Belarus. According to the contract, it will take 3 months, but the company assured that the delivery will be made much earlier. As a result, the car never arrived. Representatives of the company assured that they were about to arrive, but so far there is a hitch with the wheel, then with customs, then with registration, then with something else. I got the impression that all this time AutoCapital was just using my money to their advantage. I do not recommend taking it from them.

Good day to you, the person reading this review! I will try to briefly describe my experience of interacting with the Autocapial. It all started in June, I worked with the manager Konstantin Khrapko. Hello, Kostya! I express my great respect, and thank you very much! Let's start with the fact that he has a lot of experience, and this is noticeable when you ask someone a question, he goes to clarify with someone above, Konstantin is ready to answer it right away, because he was always aware of all the cases related to the process of fitting a car. Or, for example, when we discussed the options, it was clear how he professionally identified all the nuances of the options. Also, I picked up a very good option with minimal damage and, importantly, In the RIGHT CONFIGURATION! The auction was held during his absence from work, but even from home he fulfilled all our agreements and thanks to this we did not miss a very good option. I was always in touch, on weekends, early in the morning or even after the end of the transaction, I told everything, explained everything and was as transparent as possible in our interaction! Having won a car, I fell under the July sanctions when Lithuania was closed. The car stayed in the USA for 1.5 months for FREE (thanks for that), waiting for a new route, after which it successfully sailed to Georgia. It reached Georgia in a month, a month of waiting there and from Georgia 2 weeks before us. There were no situations like: "pay extra otherwise we will remove the car from the car carrier", although there were additional payments, I will not hide it because the route increased, I had to pay extra for Sea and land. But it is worth noting that the amount of the surcharge was said when the car was still in the United States, about this amount came out as a result, a little more expensive about 100-200 forever green. Also, thanks to Pavel, the head of the auto direction from the USA, he was always ready to tell, explain, clarify the situation, upon calling him, all the understatements were resolved instantly. There was also a bit of tar in this barrel. And this is the work of managers at the stage of customer support (not car selection). The main problem was that the information was not reported on time, the managers did not actively communicate the information, they had to write to them themselves, reminding them of themselves. Even after several requests to them for additional information, nothing changed. In general, I am satisfied with the work of the company. I wish them to resolve the issue of interaction with the client at the stage of car transportation and be more open to the client as a whole. So it's a solid 4, one star minus, alas.
