My experience working with Alexander and Nikita turned out to be very positive.
Quite turbulent time, boundaries, various factors, and so on.
In general, yes, the delivery of the car took a month and a half (the dealer was stupid, they picked up a car carrier, another car carrier, the car carrier was at the border, etc.).
Alexander, who accompanied the transaction, described all the steps in sufficient detail. The amount for the delivery turned out to be equal to the agreed amount.
Alexander could not always answer the phone - yes, sometimes he had to be persistent, but in fact a lot of people really call them, and the load is moving. But when I got through, communication with the car is OK.
A set of wheels was traveling separately from the car. Nikita was engaged in it. Turbulence at the border, but they were able to deliver the wheels, albeit a little later than the car. Thanks Nikita.
Customs clearance. The help with the declaration was and was real. There are all these windows, declarant operators who are not particularly eager to prompt, an incomprehensible queue, services, bills, numbers. Artyom helped with this. Thanks to him, many moments passed faster.
The car came with a tank as in the photo from the auction, everything is fortunately in place. Probably, it is necessary to talk directly with the guys so that there are the best reliable drivers of carts.
And this is a tip to buyers - choose cool normal sellers, not Auchan habibi salons, look at official dealers.
The condition and actual moments of the car depend on the seller, who releases the car for loading.
Autogood is really trying to bring cars normally.

I contacted a company promoting itself as AUTOGOOD.BY on the website of the same name (officially it is Avtogood TIM LLC) on May 27, 2024 on the purchase and delivery of the selected car from Germany to Minsk. The car was delivered on July 1, and this is a plus.
Minuses. The levels of customer orientation and simple decency did not suit me categorically.
We got in touch only when something was needed from me — pay VAT, sign a commitment, pick up the car from the warehouse, pay extra for transportation.
There was no promised assistance in customs clearance.
There were no promised videos of loading onto a car carrier in Germany, unloading and loading onto a car carrier in Poland, unloading from a car carrier in Minsk. Only a photo in the parking lot and a video of a loaded car carrier in Poland.
Categorical unwillingness to be responsible for an empty tank (when loading in Germany it was 1/8 — the seller sent a photo)
With problems with the LCP and engine error that arose during transportation, also figure it out for yourself.
The notification about the improper quality of the services provided, sent by me on July 5 to the legal address of Avtogood TIM LLC (RR844224349BY), was returned on August 10 as not received.
Would I recommend contacting this company? Absolutely not.
The one who left an empty tank to the owner does not need comments. Purchase of cans + watering cans. A ride in another car to the gas station. A new pass to enter the SVH with a story about why I'm carrying a canister. And yes, the manhole cover was locked.

I do not recommend it, personally, my opinion is not worth wasting your time on this company. The experience of communicating with an employee of the company showed that they are not at all interested in new customers. I have been trying to solve the problem with the selection of the car for 2 weeks and have not received an adequate answer or other information.

If you want to lose money and time, then contact auto food. We dropped the first offer, we paid the amount for the service of 870 rubles, because they do not work without payment, you see. The auction offer was dropped only after you called them. Once a week. They made bets, and not one of them won. So a month passed. When we realized that they were feeding us "breakfast", we asked for our money back. Of the amount, they took 100 bel. Rub for themselves for a service rendered. Although no work has actually been done. The money was returned for a long time 1.5 months. Plus, the bank took 15 rubles from my money for their transfer.
I do not recommend it.
And yes, we bought a car, but not through them.
