I bought a 2003 Skoda Aktavia car. I bought it because I needed at least some kind of car. I didn't have much money, I took out a loan. Before buying, I left a deposit of 600 rubles. I took a loan from a bank, taking into account the amount of the deposit. When I had to go to pick up the car, a couple of hours before arrival, I was informed that the deposit needed to be deposited into their bank account (I did not have a car, I got there by public transport). As a result, I had to order a taxi there and back, as I arrived after work at the end of the working day of the car house. I was very angry at them for that. I also found out that you need to make a deposit before buying, purely by chance from an employee on the phone. The ad said that two ignition keys were included with the car. They gave me one. The second one was told that the owner would give it to him a little later. During a test ride in the parking lot of the car house, when starting from the place, the periodic squeak of brakes was heard. The employee referred that the car had been standing for a long time and therefore there was this noise. In fact, after an inspection by a friend in the garage, it was revealed that the rear brakes were generally killed, the handbrake did not work at all and the handbrake cable was fixed to the brake pipes, probably so that at the first opportunity, when the handbrake cable hooked on some object, the pipes broke off and the brakes disappeared altogether. The tire on the rear right wheel is not mounted on the disc in the direction of movement of the car, the battery is not fixed at all, the bottom, which is rusted in places, is covered with some kind of black sealant. The backlight of the room did not work, I had to connect the wires myself. When asked by an employee during a telephone conversation if I could talk to the previous owner of the car to find out the nuances of the car, he replied that the owner did not want to do this, said write a list of questions in Viber and he would give them to the former owner of the car. 10 days have passed, no reply or greetings, and the second ignition key was not given. It was also written in the ad that the suspension was serviced. It wasn't fucking done! I summarize my review. This autohouse likes to deceive people without remorse and without fear for the consequences of their actions. After all, without brakes, you can get into an accident, innocent people can die. And it is more important for them to get more money, without investing almost a penny.

I've never written bad reviews, but there will be an exception in this situation.
I put the car on commission, the car was standing for two months, but it never sold..everything would be fine, but when I picked it up, I hoped for the decency of the staff (as it turned out, there was none) and checked only the external condition of the car. On the way to the house (another city) at the gas station, it was necessary to open the trunk, but it practically does not open, there is NO torsion bar and no loop on the left side... I immediately called the manager (Vladislav Sudnik), to which he told me that it probably was... and after that, they say, "I signed the act - your problems," we don't need your torsion bar.
In general, they covered their ass - well done!!!
The car dealership is rated, but the staff is rotten...
It would be better to put the neighbors in 4 wheels

The car was taken away after 3 months of downtime, so it's not that they couldn't start the car, but they also couldn't open it because of the dead battery, although it's no more than 3 years old. As a result, I had to call a "burglar" for my own finances, who turned out to be a very wonderful person, helped not only to open the car, but also to light a cigarette. I left a claim in this case, as a result, as always, there are only unsubscriptions in terms of not being responsible.

I am arguing my assessment. I was going to initially buy a new electric car from them, giving my used car a credit. At the reception of my car, they offered a price 30% lower than the bottom of the market (they took the bottom of the market for a model without all-wheel drive, with a 1.8 engine instead of a 2.0 all-wheel drive for me) although at the bottom of the market of my configuration, as the buyer of my car later told me - rusty junk with holes through, when my car is completely with anticorrosion and more than half of the spare parts in the car were changed in a timely manner and were in fresh condition at the time of sale, yes, the elements were repainted, but sorry with our reagents without repainting in any way.
After hearing such a ridiculous price and seeing that the electric car I wanted was more expensive than their competitors by 3-6 thousand rubles, it became clear to me that the main purpose of this car dealership was to pick up yours at a wildly low price (on LXX) and sell you mine at an inflated price, extracting double benefits from you. And then they will put yours up for such a price tag that there will be 150% of the amount that was given to you for your car. As a result, I added this car dealership to the blacklist. Thank you, we don't need such an attitude. If you want to benefit from customers, then moderate your appetites.
