As a result: I drove the car to the sun and left on my own, and on Mon they installed everything and sent their car for me. There are no questions about the quality of the installation yet, everything seems to be done with high quality. Thank you to the head, a good man, but the quality of customer service by managers leaves much to be desired.
Terrible service. Barely, within a few days, I managed to sign up for the installation of a trailer. I was booked into the sat at 10:30 in the morning, arrived at 10:25 (by the way, I'm not from Pinsk, 65km in one direction).
I arrived, more or less quickly issued the documents and handed over the car. Then the car just stood there for an hour, no one even drove it into the garage, after an hour it was still driven, I went up to the client area and waited, after 10 minutes an employee came and said that there was a 50/50 chance that they would not have time to install it today and would need to leave the car for another day!
No one warned about this in advance, and no solutions were offered. Either pick up the car now, or wait 4 hours, and we will tell you by the end of the working day whether we are in time or not, if not, then I would just sit for half a day, I would return home on diesel, and I would have to go to the sun again!

Terrible service. There are no qualified specialists. They're cheating. They released a car with a serious mistake and kept silent. Preventive replacement of the rubber seals of the gearbox was not performed. As a result, I had to pay again and fix everything after them in another service. Of course, they did not return the money for the work.

Further, the service volume of oil change according to the manufacturer's book is 5.6liters, according to the order-along with 6.5 liters, but the oil level is not higher than the previous one from the factory. Questions... where 0.9liters of oil.
