Terrible service. There are no qualified specialists. They're cheating. They released a car with a serious mistake and kept silent. Preventive replacement of the rubber seals of the gearbox was not performed. As a result, I had to pay again and fix everything after them in another service. Of course, they did not return the money for the work.

I am completing the review. After the complaint and feedback, I was contacted by the head, who promptly resolved all issues. As a result: I drove the car to the sun and left on my own, and on Mon they installed everything and sent their car for me. There are no questions about the quality of the installation yet, everything seems to be done with high quality. Thank you to the head, a good man, but the quality of customer service by managers leaves much to be desired.
Terrible service. Barely, within a few days, I managed to sign up for the installation of a trailer. I was booked into the sat at 10:30 in the morning, arrived at 10:25 (by the way, I'm not from Pinsk, 65km in one direction).
I arrived, more or less quickly issued the documents and handed over the car. Then the car just stood there for an hour, no one even drove it into the garage, after an hour it was still driven, I went up to the client area and waited, after 10 minutes an employee came and said that there was a 50/50 chance that they would not have time to install it today and would need to leave the car for another day!
No one warned about this in advance, and no solutions were offered. Either pick up the car now, or wait 4 hours, and we will tell you by the end of the working day whether we are in time or not, if not, then I would just sit for half a day, I would return home on diesel, and I would have to go to the sun again!

Mixed impressions. Everything is generally decent, questions are answered, they tell, but they don't show. If they don't want to show something, it means they're hiding something, that's my opinion, but they didn't let me into the remzone. Yes, maybe that's who I am, but nevertheless.
Further, the service volume of oil change according to the manufacturer's book is 5.6liters, according to the order-along with 6.5 liters, but the oil level is not higher than the previous one from the factory. Questions... where 0.9liters of oil.

Why is the VW car center in Pinsk the best salon and this is undeniable? Because it is visible to the naked eye. Besides, from the very first visit. Even if you were accidentally blown here by a breeze / brought by your feet / brought by idle curiosity.
Because there is something here that, unfortunately, is missing in other offices. You are welcome here, and the smile on the face of the staff is far from being on duty. Here you are ready to patiently answer the most tricky questions. And they do it with knowledge. There is certainly something to compare it with.
Because it is the team that works here. And this is clear and visible to us, the layman.
And there's also something you miss so much. It is here that the already forgotten "culture at work" reigns in places!
We were lucky with Kirill Petrov and Igor Novik. They were the first to meet us when we (ah, let's see what they offer here) crossed the threshold of the salon. They were the ones who shook our hands heartily when we made the purchase of the long-awaited car.

Under warranty, we drive UAZ. Minus all the stars.. Except as a service replacement, there is no normal repair. And now they took a car with a slipping clutch. I hope we won't go there again.

Thank you very much to all the staff of the car center) We were vacationing in a sanatorium near Pinsk, we came from Moscow. On the way, the car's receipt flashed, and there were other problems. The car was put in order at the car center, all problems were eliminated. If it were possible to put more stars, then I would definitely do it)))) thank you! We have already returned to Moscow, the car has arrived perfectly, there is no noise, antifreeze is not flowing, everything is fine)
