The worst office of all!!! 11.09.24 we made an order,antifreeze,filter and Eni engine oil.We arrived to pick up the Tesla 26 (Minsk), the manager gave the order, put everything in a bag and left, after 3 days we arrived at the garage (outside the city) in the hope of changing all this...but that was not the case.My son takes out a package from the trunk, and it is wet, in an oil film, I take the canister in my hands and see- the ring that should be soldered to the lid is not soldered, then I open the lid, and there the protective foil is torn off. Plus, there is no official supplier label on the canister (shate m). And what's flooded in there is actually a huge question. The refund was refused, arguing that it was necessary to look on the spot, but it's not the first year I've been taking spare parts from them and never had anything like this (except for the wrong selection of spare parts), I trusted this company, BUT OUR "RELATIONSHIP" IS OVER! I will take s/h from honest sellers, and that's IT with the car island!!! I do not recommend buying from them.

A search selection on the autoostrov website.by identified the wrong oil filter for my car (my engine is native, but here is the result of sampling from the ceiling). I was unlucky enough to order one of these filters, which is "from the ceiling" and is not suitable for my car, which turned out during the oil change process at the service station. Somehow I managed to solve the issue with the prompt purchase of an up-to-date filter on the spot (fortunately, there was a store with auto parts, since the oil had already been drained to me). There was a desire to return the money for the filter in the store. Having clarified this procedure with the manager by phone, I went to the place of delivery of the goods. On the spot, the seller refused to return the goods to me, citing an oil stain on the filter box. The filter itself is absolutely clean and was not even taken out of the box for installation, since the worker at the service station, after opening this box, immediately reported that the filter was not the same. He also left an oil stain on the box with his hand. Separately, it is worth noting that the box itself was originally crumpled, worn and torn in some places and hinted with all its appearance at fifth hands, but this did not bother me when buying, since the filter inside the box was in perfect condition. Proving his case, the seller hastened to give an example of "perfect" boxes, taking out the first spare parts from the shelves. These boxes were even more crumpled and torn, and some had tear holes larger than the "terrible" oil stain left by the worker. The seller could not explain his "logic". And in principle, according to this "logic", it turns out that it was possible to tear off a piece of a box with an oil stain or tear the entire box, and then say: "that was it."
Why is the sale of goods with improper packaging the norm, and the return of goods with the same improper packaging condition is a reason for refusing a refund?
