We visited the Avataria children's attraction — the impressions were extremely negative. They wouldn't let us in with the cake, even though they hadn't warned us about it in advance. Animators do not congratulate children, they pay attention only to banquets. It's dirty and cold inside, and there's no comfort at all. The kids didn't like it, so they had to go to another institution. We believe that 10,800 tenge was paid in vain. The staff is unfriendly, as if angry — the attitude leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. Minus one client, and I will definitely tell everyone not to go there. We are very disappointed.

We were at a children's birthday party, we liked everything, the kitchen, courteous service, in the VIP rooms there is a stroller, a high chair, air conditioning.There is a mother and child room, a child's toilet seat, the only downside is that it was hot in the playroom

Today, my son Arsenal's birthday was celebrated at Avatario — and it was just a magical holiday! I would like to sincerely thank the whole team: Beksultan, Asem, Aliya, all the staff and waiters for their warm attitude, excellent service and a cozy atmosphere. Everything was at the highest level — delicious, beautiful and very soulful. Special thanks to the animators Balym and Timur! You are real professionals! The children were delighted, laughing, playing, and happy, and this is the most important thing for us, the parents.
