Very nice apartment in the very center. The location is just top. You can easily walk to the site of the Republic, the Cascade, the Vernissage, and walk along the Northern Avenue. Thanks to the host Arsen, yes, a warm welcome, transfer, excursion, wifi.

Nice hostel, friendly staff and quiet rooms at night. The temperature is always good, it is comfortable to sleep, and all the means for washing, ironing and drying are present.

The managers ask you not to make any noise after 23:00, and they themselves begin repairs and cleaning after 23:00. They're so comfortable.
I objected to them, I was kicked out, the money was not returned.

I definitely recommend it.
I liked the excellent location, the responsive guys at the reception, a comfortable sleeping place (a dense curtain that creates a sense of privacy, a comfortable wide bed and a clean bed) and, importantly, for a very small price!

There are catastrophically few bathrooms. Only 2 combined for 30 people (. Mattresses in rustling bags, it's disgusting to sleep.

Avenue Hostel is the best hostel to stay in Yerevan.
I haven't been to any other cities in this city, but among the different ones in the CIS that I've been to, it doesn't have a single minus.
+ Administrators are friendly and helpful
+ The beds are quite comfortable, clean
+ Rooms - comfortable, 6-8 people
+ Smells are normal, no dampness, no stuffiness in the rooms
+ The residents are quiet, respectful of each other, not chatting even in the lobby
+ Bathrooms also look and smell great, they are comfortable to wash in
+++ The location is just space. The very center, all the sights of the city are 15 minutes away
+++ The price is excellent, lower than competitors with the best service and appearance
I extended my stay here even more, because it is almost as comfortable as at home.
No hostel has ever been so comfortable.

The music is pounding until nightfall, it's impossible to sleep!
Terrible absolute disrespect for neighbors and people in general:the noise in the next restaurant does not let me sleep, it rattles all night. The hotel staff refused to go together or call the police.

A fairly cozy small hostel. It is located in an apartment building . It is quite a normal story for Yerevan. A good location near the center, but at the same time the noise of discos or clubs is not noticed (and this is important) friendly staff. The kitchen has everything you need, you can cook something if desired. The kitchen is not as big as in many hostels, but there were no problems. It is quite possible to live here alone or in a small company.

I don't recommend it. It is very dirty, there are no basic things like shower gel and shampoo, usually in hostels they put common ones for those who do not have them with them. Cosmetic repairs would not hurt to refresh the view and it is worth replacing the bed linen. You can't look without tears…

Poor cleaning. Pastel bedbugs.
The reception staff is rude and short-tempered. There were several conflicts initiated by the receptionists. There is a constant smell of urine in the bathrooms.
