Considering that the guys did the work for free, as I was lucky enough to become the winner of the New Year's raffle! I want to say that the work was done very efficiently. 95% of all scratches were removed from the screen. I am attaching a photo before and after (the biggest scratch was very deep! I bought an iPhone with my hands and checked everything except the camera. It turned out to be a trick. I thought about giving it back, but decided to negotiate with the former owner about a 50/50 repair, if necessary. I came for repairs - it turned out that the iPhone was falling, dust flew under the camera and it was only for replacement. While the phone was being diagnosed, I told the guys the history of the phone - they gave advice on how to act in general, waited until I talked to the former owner of the phone, and at the same time diagnosed the second camera. Everything turned out very quickly and very humanly, thank you!! And yes, the price is lower than in many places.

Iphone 14. Three months ago, I dropped the phone, the case deformed, the speaker failed, 3 months later the back cover came off, the battery swelled. I compared different services, but everyone replied that diagnosis was needed with my problem, it was free almost everywhere, but the diagnosis time was 2-3 working days. It didn't suit me much. I contacted the AvenueGroup service, the diagnosis took half an hour, after the diagnosis I was told the case, battery and speaker for replacement, the cost of repair was announced. When I heard the cost it hurt, I explained the situation that I just don't have that kind of money. Having entered my position, the administrator talked to the master and informed me that the master would try to align the case (the most expensive thing in the repair). After walking for two and a half hours, I returned to the service, the phone was already ready, the master leveled the case, replaced the battery, replaced the earpiece. When they announced the cost of repairs to me, I was shocked, they didn't even charge me for the work of replacing the speaker. This is a service from the word SERVICE, I RECOMMEND IT to EVERYONE!!! If it were possible to put a minus -N, I would put it without hesitation.I put the tablet in for repair.The repair is not fast for 2-3 days.There is no feedback.I came to pick it up, they gave it away without saying a word that the back cover was dented.To my remark, I heard pathetic excuses that they put the glass, leveled the corner, and adjusted it well.I took it away-now I regret that it was necessary to punish the crooked-armed with a ruble.If your hands are out of ****, there is nothing to do with repairs.I don't recommend it.Conscience and decency should be a priori.

I broke the cover of the Macbook Pro 13 2018. The "official" cover cost more than half the cost of the laptop (and not everyone even had it), respectively, the toad began to strangle and I decided to look for who else was fixing it and for how much. I came across this service, they offered a cheaper price + had good reviews. I called, specified the price, availability, time and decided to go fix it. The lid was replaced within a day, but there was a small chip on its end, which was not reported in advance. They explained that they noticed it at the last moment and offered a discount, adding that this was the last cover and because of the coronavirus, it was unclear when the new delivery would be. I was not satisfied with this, because I needed a whole, new lid. I suggested fixing (which was done) and writing on the warranty (which lasts 6 months) the damage and then replacing it when the cover appears without defects.
I was not informed about the availability of new lids, and after 2-3 months I called myself and found out that there were new lids. There were doubts that under some pretexts they would refuse to put a new lid on me, but it was replaced without any problems - which I was very happy about, of course.
Thus, I was satisfied with the price and the center showed its honesty, despite the "overlays". In case of problems with the equipment, I will contact them again.
