I put the car up for sale in November 2024. The motorhome has gained the most trust. In the end, it's just wasted time and frustration. As it turned out, no one was working on the car there. Guys love easy money, no one wants to strain themselves too much. Calls with the same text every week, just to get the price down. Please note that they did not even think about reducing their commission. The last straw was that one customer became interested in the car. He called in advance, made an appointment to see and take a ride in the car. No one was in a hurry to serve him. I went to the car myself and looked at it. Then I went to look for the manager, who was reminded that he was expected. As a result, the manager offered to come another day, because he said he didn't know anything about the car except that it had a heated seat, and that he couldn't ride it now because there was no gasoline in it, and he had to come on his shift so that % of the sale would go to him, and not to another manager. We settled on the fact that he would contact the person later and resolve the issue with gasoline. No one has contacted the person in 5 days. It so happened that we were indirectly acquainted with the would-be buyer. On March 2, 2025, we picked up the car from the Motorhome. There was no gasoline in it. How was it planned to be shown to people in general? How they planned to warm them up, because they claimed so loudly that they were warming them up there, that's why gasoline was consumed. Then I noticed that they even removed the fragrance in the bottle. I hung up a new one for the buyer (it's on video). The car was taken away, refueled, dusted, advertised in the evening, and the car was sold on the 3rd day. I advise the director to take a closer look at manager Ilya in what condition he is in the workplace. I also advise you to clean your office, everything is covered in dust and spilled coffee, it's unpleasant even to sign documents.

Horns and hooves . Don't give the car to this circus. They put 10% on our price, which amounted to $750, and every week they whine with a request to lower our price. They offered to make the price that the startups offered me. All the promises made by the call center specialist who asks you to bring your car are not fulfilled. The sales manager said that these promises were nonsense. As a result, it 's a waste of time and a dead battery . I was surprised by the fact that the manager plainly said that if I didn't drop 1,500 dollars!!! he won't be able to sell the car from his price, although when they accepted the car, they assured me that I wouldn't lose anything in the price. As soon as the 45 days stipulated in the contract had passed, I took the car from this office, put up an ad on the Internet and in less than a month I found a buyer. By the way, this phenomenal manager's name was Stanislav. Now, not only when selling, but also when buying cars, I will avoid salons.

The car was sold for more than 4 months and in the end it was decided to terminate the contract. As a result: the mileage of the car is about 500 km. There is so much gasoline in the car that the on-board computer showed a power reserve of 0 (zero) kilometers, the battery was depleted, the entire washer was used up. In the first photo, you can see in what form the car was returned to me, how you can assess the condition of the body in this form (and in what form it was in front of potential buyers) - judge for yourself. Further, during the ride, I noticed that when driving straight, the steering wheel is slightly skewed, and when braking, there is a beating. The reason was found out immediately at the sink and is visible to the attentive viewer in another photo.
Instead of concluding: personally, I regret that it is impossible to put less than one star, and to choose this organization for cooperation or not, let everyone decide for himself.

As a result, 2 months have passed, but there is no sense, it was decided to pick up the car. And then the most interesting thing began, they started it up a little when they left the parking lot and quickly gave the documents to sign that there were no complaints. I took the documents for the car and approaching it, it stalled and did not start again. As a result, we left in a tow truck. As a result, they burned down the generator, laid the battery. And in the cabin, various pieces of paper from sweets were lying in the glove compartment, fuel was drained, and the left wing was scratched, what they did with the car can only be guessed. Complete disappointment, resentment, etc.
P.S. To the director of the car dealership, I would like to recommend that you choose employees more efficiently, because your reputation depends on them.
