I ordered a car for my parents from the guys from Europe. A couple of calls to the guys, no water, no promises, cold, sometimes friendly answers, but they quickly shattered all rosy fantasies and ideas. (They even seemed rude in places, but then I realized what was the matter) We signed a contract, ordered a car, quickly found it and brought it. Already at the final stage, Eugene and I had a misunderstanding. Honestly, I wanted to call and have a little fight and figure out what was going on. (My parents reassured me and asked me not
to do this.) It's been six months now, and during that time, 5 cars from Europe have been added to our extended family, and a lot of cars have been brought by my friends. I can definitely say unequivocally!
Autogarant is the only office that has not made a single false promise and has not taken a single extra penny beyond what was announced before signing the contract! No additional expenses, etc. In fact, even the cheapest guys. They immediately seemed rude, no! Just realists who will not promise you a car for 20k, which is unrealistic to bring below 24! Where we had a misunderstanding... today I understand that I was wrong, but still I would like some points to be explained in more detail, I had no experience of the run, so I did not ask the question right away.(maybe Eugene will remember and understand)
In six months, the car has traveled 60 thousand kilometers. No repairs, only oil changes, now it is planned to replace the timing kit, 1.5d PSA. We are more than happy with the car.

This is the second time I have used the office's services.
The bmw 4 coupe was first brought from Europe at the beginning of the 22nd year. Due to my car color filter, the search took longer than usual, but after 2 months I had the car. 90k mileage, the entire service history. I was happy to leave for 2 years.
The second time I applied at the beginning of 24 for the selection of x3. Due to the tight deadlines, I needed a car from the domestic market, but I didn't want to get involved with bits from America. I signed and paid the contract on Monday, on Tuesday they gave me live options and I wrote the priority in which order to watch, on Wednesday they looked at the car and gave a report with photos and videos (they also haggled and drove it to the pickup), and on Thursday I went to give the money for it to the seller and to register. We applied for the selection of Cars from Europe, with all the expenses it turned out to be about a quarter cheaper and better than what was on the Belarusian market. A car with a mileage of 200 tons, but everything was serviced at the dealer and replaced with the original PO, for which there are relevant documents, this is a plus for the car from the auction that you can track the history and condition. We also used the services of a picker when inspecting cars in Minsk, everything is clear.

Better late than never) Ordered an inspection of a specific car, the inspection was carried out on 09/26/2023. I must say right away, I bought a car from a friend in Minsk, although I myself am from the region. There was no time to go myself, mess with the inspection, so I ordered an inspection, although the previous owner had previously described all the nuances of the car known to him. We agreed on the time with the specialist and the seller and waited for the verdict.
After a couple of hours from the moment of inspection, a bunch of photos begin to fly to Viber, often not always informative. Also, photos of the car body on a wide-angle lens did not really help to understand the condition of the car. Half an hour after the photos, a call from the same phone, 3-5 minutes of conversation to explain what happened, and a request from a "specialist" to remind you in the evening that you need to send a report in text form. Maybe $ 50 for a total of 2-3 hours of work is dust, not money, but it seems to me that for such an amount you can still throw off, without reminders, a report in text form.
According to the results of the inspection, such nuances as broken lower bumper fasteners and fogging in the area of the heat exchanger were not noticed.
And the "specialist" generally learned about the incorrect operation of the mirror folding motor from the now former owner of the car.
Would I apply again? No
Would you recommend such specialists to anyone? NO NO AND NO

I ordered the auto assembly and fitting of cars from Europe, according to very large criteria At the time of my appeal, no one in the Republic of Belarus was working with Europe anymore, everyone took a break (early September 2022). There were fears that it was necessary to send 42,000 euros to incomprehensible guys, and then wait a month and a half for a car. What if they throw it? I looked at the reviews. It is clear that you can write a lot of good ones, but there were no bad ones (there were only a couple of bad reviews about the selection in Minsk, which did not interest me). I thought that if the guys had thrown and the cars would not have come, then there would have been enough negative reviews. I took a chance. The guys took it on. We promptly reported on each step and new information. They picked it up and brought it. There are no questions about the car, everything is fine, thank you.

I applied to this company with an order to bring a car from Germany for my father. Due to the lack of an opportunity at the moment to pay for the car directly, the seller in Germany had to trust the guys and send money to their company in Europe. The awareness of all the risks was very frightening, but I decided to trust their reputation, which, it seems to me, is more expensive than the cost of a car. About 2 months have passed since the first contact with the guys before receiving the car. All communication went with Pavel - he was always in touch, answered all (including stupid) questions. Then I turned to him for help in selling the BMW F31 and purchasing the cheapest car within a certain amount. The car was planned to be acquired through an auction from Europe. I found out about the company on the recommendation of YouTube, and since then I have contacted the guys twice.
The first time was in 2019, when I picked up a new car from the salon (Rapid 1.4T). Despite the fact that she arrived by car on the day I picked her up, I still decided to make sure that she was in full technical working order. Specialist Sergey was extremely correct, friendly and patient (it so happened that due to the time delay he had to wait for the car to be prepared for delivery), he did his job well, the car turned out to be trouble-free.
I applied for the second time this year a couple of weeks ago, when I looked at an interesting car in the trade-in of a Skoda dealer (Octavia 1.8T). A car with mileage (albeit warranty) is a greater risk, even from the officials, so I ordered a one-time inspection from the guys. They sent a detailed photo report with comments on the technical condition, plus they told me in detail over the phone (I was not present at the diagnosis). With the exception of a few nuances that I plan to eliminate under warranty, everything is fine with the car, too, in terms of bodywork, mileage, and technique. So I took the car and now I'm very happy.
A pleasant surprise was that both times my calls to the company's office were answered by Zhenya, the face of the Avtogarant channel (he did not introduce himself by name, but his voice was recognizable).
When I decide to find a turnkey car, I will also contact them.
