I have known auto-hydraulics for many years, two cars were repaired there! Rake annually. Now the high-pressure hose was repaired, they gave 325 byn, I leave the pump buzzed from them, I return to the autohydraulics, they listen and sentence the pump to me, I say something strange, well, I rely on a combination of circumstances and immediately sign up for a pump replacement. They change the pump and the pressure sensor for me (master Sergei broke it into two parts and to get it out of the thread, he dug there so that the thread was cut off altogether, in general, he spat and drowned out the whole thing for me! It's not clear to me at all that Sergey, who is a repairman, calls me and says I broke it, well, I broke it ok, restore it as it was, why should the client call! They decided to look for a hose, but in the end no one was looking for anything, the original costs 500 dollars. Well, okay, I come to pick it up again, everything seems to be OK, I just left and as soon as the engine reached an operating temperature of 95 ° the steering wheel stopped spinning, I return to them again, now they say I bought a bad pump, in general it was Friday, they sent me and Sergei did not even write down to replace the next pump, he began to tell at first, the stories say that you need to consult with the director))), and then one employee's legs fail and he does not record anyone yet!In general, on Monday I went to another service station for the repair of GUR, I told them that I was changing this 3rd pump, that in the end the guys became suspicious of this and they removed the high-pressure hose that the Auto-hydraulics repaired for me (although it says replacement in the akaz outfit!) the vibration damper also fell out of this hose and blocked the full oil supply to the GUR and as a result, all my pumps went down from oil starvation!!! The repairman Sergey, you see, was offended that I had to return the hose, but who should I be offended at, that I bought three gur pumps and paid you three times for a replacement of about 160-200byn!?You're at home, Sergei, take offense at your wife, but here you have to fulfill your duties!!!My assessment, the UNIT of Autohydraulics!!!

It's bad, terrible. I brought the car to fix the rail. They fixed it, took the money, and gave a 6-month warranty. Naturally, the deadline did not roll back, it flowed, it arrived under warranty. To which they tell me that they are not to blame, the spare parts are to blame and in general the supplier gives them a three-month warranty. To my question, why then do they give a guarantee for their art for 6 months if I never received 3 spare parts. It was repaired from the master's shoulder under warranty and they say:'well, you have to pay for the spare parts,' I paid, he's not quarreling. To the question: 'will there be a guarantee for your front?"the answer is firmly, 'No.' Guess how many trips you've made? 6 months and it started flowing again!))) I came to my lift, I understood the machine, but I don't even have clamps on my dusters))) The shaft has rusted to zero, without restoration. These are the crafts.

Now essentially: I changed the "deceased" GUR pump to an Audi A4 B6. 1.They advised me what to buy and how. 2. In another service station, a rail was installed "crookedly", everything was corrected in "Autohydraulics": the necessary hoses were changed, the necessary (and not fashionable) anther pads were made. holes in the steering rods (there were no factory ones for air removal), the system was pumped correctly. 3. The attitude towards the client is EXCELLENT, ATTENTIVE. Enough of the "words". Here are the bare facts. It was serviced in one of the services - "220 volts" (intentionally changed the name so as not to offend. motorists will guess, I think). We lifted my Renault Logan onto the lift twice, turned the skewers for 20 minutes each time. Something creaks on the left front when the steering wheel is turned out. At the same time, I (not an expert) assume that maybe support bearings, maybe levers, elastic bands, rods. No, the suspension and running gear say no. It's a steering rack, but we don't do rails. I went online, found an "Auto-hydraulic", called up, agreed to drive up. They were diagnosed for free in 5 minutes. Verdict- the rack is normal, the front spring has burst 3/4 turns of the lower ones), for replacement and support bearings (most likely the culprits of the breakdown). Although the workshop specializes in rails, they undertook to replace the springs and support ones. They replaced it, paid for it, and issued a warranty for work and spare parts. I would like to note separately the work of the master receptionist. A competent, unobtrusive specialist who explained and showed everything, sorted out the cause of the breakdown and its consequences. I really liked the attitude towards the client. Keep it up.
