I'm not putting a unit for the whole company, but for the courier Vladislav, who was supposed to deliver the parcel from the Golden Apple 3.09 Rechitsa Brest district. The SMS sent by the company indicates the delivery time from 9 to 18. When I called to clarify the delivery time, Vladislav replied that he would probably deliver the parcel around 6.30 pm. When I asked why the sms indicated the time until 18.00, he replied so that I "would not interfere with work."
As a result, since I have 2 SIM cards in my phone, at the time of the courier's call, I was on the phone and was not available. I called back as soon as I saw the incoming one from the courier.
I tried to call the employee for half an hour, it was busy, then I didn't pick it up, eventually I dialed from another phone number and found out that the courier was "already at home" and I wouldn't receive the parcel today. After that, the courier said goodbye unilaterally and hung up. I called back to find out what time he would arrive tomorrow, but first my call was reset, and then the phone was disconnected.
As a result, I spent the whole day waiting for the parcel, which I never received. For a moment, the package contains care cosmetics, which deteriorates for the second day in the back of the car, thanks to your Vladislav. Who will reimburse me for the damage???
