When making the application, we made a mistake in choosing the color of the screw DIN 967 V6*16 zinc (PR) (2) - 1000shtook. The product was received by pickup on 07/01/2022. Upon acceptance at the warehouse of our company, it turned out that the color should be dark black. We asked the sales department of Avtomashkomplekt LLC to accept a refund and willingness to pay the bill for the DIN V6*20 black screw. As there is a normal practice of returning goods (even high-quality ones) to the Republic of Belarus both in quantity and quality. Therefore, we are forced to stop working with this organization due to DISLOYALTY to potential Customers. The Customer is right all over the world, but there are exceptions. Be vigilant when working with this "hardware product leader".
