One part of the car was painted, but the rest were scratched (small scratches), what they did with this car is a question ..., they gave a dirty one, probably so that there were no scratches visible, some scratches were tinted (we thought we wouldn't notice?!), they don't give any documents, contracts, but they take a lot of money, in short it's expensive. Since there is no supporting document on the work done, there is no one to make a claim.... They also seem to have no conscience...
